The air happened to be bitter and cold five days later, Meredith sat in her office with her black cardigan wrapped around her body tightly. Loki slept in his bed by the radiator his large rope toy by his side. She'd had him home for three days and the bond they had was already huge. He had made so much progress, he now reacted to his surroundings and wanted to play. At ten weeks old he looked more like 8, he was still small but slowly filling out.
Meredith had fallen in love with his fur, the mixture of whites,black and brown. His skin was now in perfect condition, free from scabs, fleas and mites. He was still shy but she was slowly bringing him out of his shell. Every night he would snuggle himself into her pillow.
She had spoken to Derek a few times but he was having some issues with a business deal which he was taking care of. The space was doing them well. She appreciated him for helping her through her weakest time and was happy they'd done what they had but everything else was too quick.
Cristina walked in two coffees in hand, she placed one on Meredith's desk and kept the other for herself as she slopped onto the sofa.
"So, how is lover boy?"Cristina asked. Meredith rolled her eyes. "How was the sex Mer, come on you have to give off some detail"She whined.
Meredith looked straight into her eyes. "The sex was amazing, he was amazing and made sure I wanted it, he looked after me and is a literal sex god. Now enough"Her cheeks flushed as she recalled their night.
"Ah, I finally got what I wanted." Cristina stretched as Meredith's door knocked before opening. Both women looked up as Derek walked in Owen by his side.
"There she is"Derek smiled walking directly to her desk, he leant down and caught Meredith's lips in his as Loki began to bark.
"Hey"She giggled "Loki darling its okay"She stood up and picked the dog up, cradling him in her arms as he calmed down. "He is still anxious"Meredith explained.
"No worries angel, Owen and I were wondering if you two wanted to come over. My ma is doing some huge food thing and wants company. Then this little man can run on the field with the other dogs?"Derek suggested as Loki licked his hand.
"Why me?"Cristina asked from where she sat on the sofa. Derek shrugged.
"Because there is food and he is there"Derek chuckled as Loki began to wriggle in Meredith's arms.
"He likes you"She smiled as she put him down, Derek's eyes wandered over her body which everyone noticed.
"I was doing admin and you were being annoying so I'll let Jackson know."Meredith's cheeks flushed again as she noticed his intense stare.
"I like your outfit, beautiful as always. Sorry I haven't seen you since you went fucking business"He huffed. Meredith was wearing tight black skinny jeans with a red square neck top and her black cardigan.
"Its okay, you are here now"She pecked his lips before leaving to talk to Jackson.
"You look like you are going to kidnap us"Cristina joked , both men were in dark clothing with stern faces.
"No, never. You to can fuck or whatever. I know you do flirty messages" Derek pointed out. Cristina shrugged as Owen cleared his throat.
When Meredith appeared again she stayed in the door way.
"Cris are you coming with me then? Since you crashed your car into a fence"Meredith rolled her eyes as she always did.
"She can come with me? Derek can go with you since he came in my car?"Owen spoke up. Cristina agreed as did Derek.
Derek followed behind her as she walked to her car, Loki strolling proudly beside her. He watched as she strapped the dog into his own doggy car seat and places her bags beside him.
She walked around to Derek who stood leaning against the side of her car.
"Hey handsome"She greeted as she wished she could earlier, her arms hooked around his neck as she slammed her lips onto his. Of course Derek was taken back but it only took him seconds to react, his hands fell to her ass as his tongue devoured her mouth. He gasped when he felt her cup his growing buldge.
"Fuck"He growled pulling out of the kiss. "This is going to go too far if we don't stop baby"Meredith giggled.
"I just missed you, so much. I crave you, my body craves you Derek." She whispered into his ear.
"How about later, you take me to mine and I grab an overnight bag and tomorrow's suit and my car. Then I'll show you how much I missed you all night" Desire burned in both of their eyes. She nodded before running to her side of the car.
"Will you be okay in my little house?"Meredith asked. He frowned at her.
"I will be perfect. You okay for me to shower in the morning?"He carried the conversation on as Meredith drove behind Owen.
"Of course, Derek you have no idea how much I need you"Her voice was barely a whisper.
"Let me feel for myself angel"Meredith looked at him with worried eyes.
"But I'm driving Derek"Her breathing was exaggerated.
"Do you trust me?"He asked, she nodded slowly as he leant over to unbutton her jeans, he pulled down her zipper biting his lip when her blue panties came into sight. He sat back in his chair as his hand slipped under the material of her underwear. She gasped as his fingers came into contact with her wet folds.
"Fuck this , drive to my place"His eyes were dark.
"But..Cristina and Owen"Meredith swallowed as he circled her sensitive bud.
"I'll call him. I won't be able to focus knowing how fucking ready you are for me. I will grab my shit and speed to yours" Meredith nodded, letting a moan pass her lips as Derek pulled his phone out with his free hand. "The dog has been sick so we are giving my ma's a pass. Have fun with Cristina"He spoke before ending the call. When Meredith turned the corner his finger slipped in further.
"Derek, I can't consentrate"She let out. He nodded and removed his hand. Meredith watched as he used his mouth to remove her juices from his fingers.
She dropped him at his place before going to her own place, wanting to settle Loki before Derek arrived.
He ran around the garden as Meredith got out a lamb bone too keep him distracted. Of course the second he was inside he took the bone and ran to his bed. Leaving Meredith enough time to rush upstairs and pull on a red lace lingerie set before he arrived.
The moment she heard his car pull up she felt the need for him grow, she'd never wanted anything more than she wanted him in that moment.
With a red robe tied around her body she walked down stairs to greet him. The moment the door opened the force of their lips connecting sent her back. His bag met the floor with a thud as he untied the robe. A deep growl escaped his lips as he looked down at the red lace that covered her body.
