By the time we got home it was almost 11:30. Shay was asleep so I picked her up and brought her inside.
After putting her on the bed, I changed into a pair of shorts.
"B...come change yuh clothes," I said shaking her softly.
She groaned and got up,after putting on one of my T-shirt she collapsed back into the bed. I fell beside her and she pulled my hands around her waist, falling back asleep.

The Next Morning
Shay was still asleep even though mi neva really wah get up out a e bed mi did haffi go sort out some sumn a the warehouse.
I went to the bathroom and then got dressed.
"B mi a go sort out sumn a e warehouse hear," I whispered.
"Mhhhm,"she said still asleep.
I gave her a kiss on the cheek and then left.
By 9:25 mi reach a the warehouse, Rossy did a sort out e shipment problem.
"We a miss one container Geo," said Rossy after checking them.
"Weh yuh mean by missing...e did deh pon e ship when e come a the harbour?"
"Ramsey did check off 28 a dem so mi no know how a 27 we get," he said beginning to count them over.
"Kmt...a dem fuckry yah mi cyah bother wid eno," I said as I took out my phone and dialed Leo's number.
"Yo Leo"
"Wah gwaan,"
"Yo fawod a e warehouse...we haffi go link Sterling inna e midday,"
"Aitt mi soon fawod,"

Earth To Shay💗
I woke up around 10 o'clock my head was killing me.
I went to the bathroom and just in time because the next thing I knew I was throwing up in the bathroom sink.
Ugh. Mi no think mi a go back a wah party fi wah good while. I rinsed my mouth and took a shower then went back to the room to put on my clothes.
Yuh know how mi glad seh mi have access to Geo closet,yuh know how much hoodie e have. Mi put on one ah wah pair a shorts then go downstairs fi find sumn fi eat.
I made some oatmeal porridge and served out a bowl. Then I sat around the table scrolling through Instagram.
After I finished eating I washed up the plates and then grabbed my purse and phone.
I pulled out of the driveway and headed for the supermarket.
About fifteen minutes later, I pulled up into the parking lot. I got a trolley and started to pick out some food items.
While, I was in the snack section I saw the same man that was at the restaurant.
"We meet again," he said walking up to me.
God man mi cyah bother wid dah man yah eno.
"Hi!" I said trying to force a smile.
"So what do you say about the job as an assistant manager at Scotia Bank?"
"I'm still thinking about it," I said picking out some snacks.
