They were able to surpass SSJ3 and Become something new entirely!

He then tried to slam it into the ground to blow everything up but Vegeta stopped it with his foot Negating it!
Frieza: N-NO!!
Vegeta then Put his Hand in Front of Frieza's Face as he knew what this meant.
Frieza: (Crying) N-NOOOOOOOOOO! PLEASE! I PROMISE TO BE A BETTER PERSON! I PROMISE TO BE GOOD! PLEASE LET ME LIVE!
Vegeta: We did that before, and Yet you always seemed to cause more harm than Good. You would be better off erased.
