"Why are you sitting in the back like a taxi service?" Gu Won asked.
"Don't ask stupid questions." Ji Hu answered. Ji Hu wasn't in the mood for Gu Won's questions like that. She just wanted to hide out in her apartment until she cooled down from all that. "You just had to turn down my proposal, didn't you? You made me look like a fool!" Ji Hu said.
"Oh please."
"Look, I might not have been in my right mind,"
"You have a right mind?"
"Fuck you." Ji Hu growled. "You could have pretended, at least until we got to the car."
"Are you always this dramatic?" Gu Won asked.
"I'm JiJi, what did you fucking expect?" Ji Hu rolled her eyes, resting her head against the window. "Comment still stands."
"Doesn't matter to me either way." Gu Won said.
Ji Hu inhaled dramatically, resting her head against the back seat. "Put on some music, I don't want to think right now." Ji Hu said, pinching the bridge of her nose. Ji Hu closed her eyes, waiting for the music to start playing through the speakers, however, the very first song had to deal with the fact the singer was wondering if they'd ever get married.
Ji Hu opened her eyes, dropping her hand to her lap. She clicked her tongue off the roof of her mouth. "Huh."
"I did nothing. I'm not even touching you."
"Next song." Gu Won followed her directions, yet the next song was another marriage related song. Ji Hu lifted her head off the back seat. She looked at her playlist – she didn't think she had many marriage related songs. "Again." Ji Hu ordered. And right on cue, a third.
"Everyone's got marriage on their minds."
"No music!" Ji Hu snapped.
"You wanted music a minute ago." Gu Won muttered as he turned off the music. Ji Hu didn't have a headache before, but now she did.
The rest of the car ride was completely silent all the way back to her apartment. Ji Hu climbed out of her car, not even acknowledging Gu Won. Ji Hu made it up to her apartment without another issue. Ji Hu waited until she was safe in her apartment before she started to talk to herself. "I didn't mean it. It could have been anyone, hell, it could have been Seong Min." Ji Hu sighed. "At least Seong Min would have said yes and then talked to me about it afterwards." Ji Hu ran her hand through her hair, dragging her nails across her scalp.
She turned around after taking off her heels. Ji Hu looked at the boxes of PR that Seong Min brought to her place. "But if you weren't going to marry me, why did you hit on me?" Ji Hu asked. "And why did you keep showing up in front of me? I could just do the whole to-do, force him to marry me. It would be easy enough, I know people." Ji Hu smirked to herself, unaware that Gu Won was outside the door, hesitating to ring the doorbell to give her back the letter she left in the car. "A tranquilizer gun would be fun to use. Just pretend for the day he can't stand up. No one would notice the difference; nobody knows him outside of me. And since he's not human, it wouldn't harm him." Ji Hu suggested.
Ji Hu shook her head. "I'm not that evil. I'm a demon in the eyes of my siblings, especially right now, but-" Ji Hu jumped at the sound of her doorbell ringing. She turned the corner, seeing Seong Min standing at her door. "Oh, thank God, it's not Gu Won. That would have been awkward."
