Ji Hu didn't remember falling asleep last night. However, the documents were placed nicely onto her vanity. Ji Hu stretched her legs out, looking towards the window. As Ji Hu laid in bed, she suddenly heard Gu Won. She pushed herself up from the bed, heading out of the main part of the apartment. Ji Hu stopped as Gu Won pulled at the lights that Ji Hu had for her tree.

Ji Hu chuckled. "I didn't think a demon would struggle with Christmas lights like the ant humans you wish to squish." Ji Hu commented as she walked forward.

"You're up."

"Yeah, that tends to happen when the sun's up. I'm not a vampire." Ji Hu stopped herself from asking if vampires were real, but she decided that she didn't need to know. Ji Hu made her way over to Gu Won. "Why is the Christmas tree up?"

"I wanted to surprise you, but it's harder than it looks." Gu Won said as he held up the tangled lights.

"You could have just used your powers, Gu Won," Ji Hu pointed out as she crossed her arms.

"I just felt like decorating it with you." Gu Won answered honestly. Ji Hu smiled. "Decorating's the fun part." Gu Won started to move back and forth with the lights stuck between his fingers.

Ji Hu continued to smile. "You aren't wrong. It's honestly my favorite part about Christmas, especially seeing how the businesses decorate." Ji Hu had a little bit of trouble getting the lights from around Gu Won's fingers. "You really tangled these, geez, Gu Won." Ji Hu laughed.

"Did you have any good dreams?" Gu Won asked.

Ji Hu paused for a moment. "No, I can't remember my dreams." Ji Hu said. "Why are you asking?"

Gu Won shrugged. "Just checking to see if you were dreaming about me." Gu Won flashed a smirk in her direction. Ji Hu shook her head, finishing untangling the lights. However, before Ji Hu could say a word, the covers to the lights broke off from Gu Won's struggle before Ji Hu woke up. "Whatever." Gu Won set the lights aside. "I'll just use my powers." Gu Won said.

Ji Hu stopped him from snapping his fingers. "It'll be easy to run to the store and get new lights, Gu Won. I'll help you, and we still have time." Ji Hu said.

Gu Won smiled. "You're right."

Gu Won and Ji Hu looked at the bare Christmas tree. Ji Hu's tree wasn't traditional, she got a white tree as soon as she moved out on her own. While she loved the traditional green tree, she liked white Christmas trees. It was a pre-lit tree, but Ji Hu also liked a lot of lights, especially fairy lights.

But they still had time to decorate it.

Sa Rang was in the middle of Ji Hu's make up when there was a knock on the door. It was Sa Rang who said to come in while she was applying lipstick to Ji Hu's lips. Ji Hu had an impromptu meeting with a couple of photographers who were stopping by for a visit. Ji Hu glanced to the door, seeing Gu Won enter with a large bouquet of flowers. Sa Rang looked over her shoulder, half-expecting Seong Min to be entering the office. "Did you buy out a flower stall?" Sa Rang asked as she finished applying the lipstick.

Ji Hu pressed her lips together for a moment before looking at her husband. "What she said."

Gu Won just smiled at Ji Hu. She got up from the chair, walking over to Gu Won. "Today is a very special day."
