Seong Min stayed in the car when Ji Hu went to visit Madam Ju. He gave her the space she needed after everything was revealed to him. Last night, after Gu Won left, Seong Min arrived upon Ji Hu's call. Finding out what really happened that night, Seong Min wasn't sure how to feel about everything. However, he knew that Ji Hu couldn't stay there, at least not right now. Gu Won had left to make deals – they both knew the other was lying, but neither of them wanted to confront the other.
Seong Min knew that Ji Hu and Gu Won would need to talk about this.
Seong Min sat in the car, resting his head against the window. Ji Hu wanted to speak to Madam Ju on her own, asking her questions that she didn't get the chance to. Seong Min was still trying to process what Ji Hu told him in a fit of tears. It was almost like the night Ji Hu and Gu Won found Madam Ju, just more emotional. Ji Hu had fallen deeply in love with Gu Won and this was breaking her apart.
Seong Min hated seeing Ji Hu like this.
Ji Hu felt the rain hitting her face as she sat in front of her eomma. "I'll find out why mother made a deal." Ji Hu was still upset about the whole ordeal, but she also needed to find out why Yoo Hwa made a deal with Gu Won. "There was a reason why she did... but I have a feeling it has to deal with me." Ji Hu said. Gu Won said that the deals were up in ten years.
Ji Hu would have been a newborn at the time if Yoo Hwa first made the deal.
Ji Hu stood up from Madam Ju's gravesite, promising that the next time she came that she'd be happier. Ji Hu made her way back to the car. She opened the passenger seat door, "I want to go to the foundation."
Seong Min shot her a look. "Seriously?"
"I need to find out, oppa, my mother would have made a deal with Gu Won. Maybe I can find out in his office." Ji Hu said.
"What if he's there?" Seong Min asked.
Ji Hu took a deep breath. "I don't think he will be." Ji Hu had to hope that Gu Won didn't get to the foundation. She didn't want to face him right now, she wanted to look into things herself before confronting Gu Won. And right now, she had Seong Min.
Seong Min walked alongside Ji Hu when they arrived at the theater. It was quiet and it seemed as if no one was around. Gu Won hadn't shown his face since last night, Seong Min knew that wasn't a good thing. As they walked, Ms. Jin called out Ji Hu's name.
Ji Hu turned, removing her hands from her pockets. Seong Min stood off to the side, just in case Ji Hu needed him. Ji Hu hadn't realized where she had stopped in front of. Ga Young approached, "Today's my last performance. We couldn't get along, but I wnated to say goodbye." She stated.
Ji Hu took a deep breath, trying not to show too much of her emotions. "Are you never coming back to Korea?"
"No." Ji Hu wasn't sure if she was relieved or not. "You should be careful. This is what happens when a human falls in love with a demon." Ji Hu didn't know how to respond to that, it wasn't that simple. Ga Young rolled her eyes, "I was joking." Ji Hu stared blankly at her – she might have been joking, but Ji Hu wondered. "I hope you'll be happy whether you're with Director Jeong or not." She stated.
"Thank you," Ji Hu decided to be civil. "I'll be happy."
"Unnie!" Ji Hu turned her head, seeing Do Hee coming towards her with a grin on her face. Ji Hu forgot all about Do Hee's event today. Do Hee grabbed her hand, smile falling upon seeing Ji Hu's face. "You forgot?"
