Ji Hu woke up to Gu Won pretending to be a super villain. He even had to evil laugh down pat; Ji Hu wondered how long he practiced that in front of the mirror. Ji Hu leaned against the doorframe, staring at her husband. Gu Won seemed happier with his powers back – and Ji Hu was happier that she no longer needed to be Gu Won's wireless charger. When Gu Won called humans insignificant again, she decided to rain on his parade. "Are you serious?" Ji Hu asked.

Gu Won turned around to face Ji Hu. "Back to your old self, I see. Maybe it's not too late for an annulment." Ji Hu teased as she looked at the wedding band on her hand.

"Ji Hu!" Gu Won jumped down from where he was lording it over everyone, rushing over to Ji Hu. "I told you not to move around." Ji Hu moved back from the doorway was Gu Won got clingy. "You might injure yourself." Gu Won said.

"I can't be lying down all day." Ji Hu said. "I have to go to work, Gu Won. I can't keep cancelling, rumors are going to spread that I'm pregnant." Ji Hu could already see the headlines now, suggesting that the reason why JiJi wasn't attending previously stated photoshoots and events was because she was expecting. It happened once before, but Ji Hu was literally in the hospital for two months with back-to-back illnesses.

"Who cares about work?" Gu Won asked. "Are you obsessed with work or something?"

"I'm a model, Gu Won. Of course I'm obsessed with work." Ji Hu said as she walked away from Gu Won. "I'm not going to trip, don't worry." Ji Hu said that, just as she tripped. She grabbed onto the table. She looked back at Gu Won who gave her a knowing look. "That was an accident." Ji Hu straightened herself out, heading over to the kitchen. "Besides, I have a lot on my shoulders, Gu Won, I'm CEO of my company, I'm a famous model who does need to show her face in public from time-to-time." Ji Hu added.

Just as she went to grab something from the fridge, she gasped. Gu Won picked her up, bridal style. "Gu Won!" Ji Hu had to make a new rule that Gu Won couldn't pick her up like that without telling her first. It was fine if it was truly needed, but Ji Hu was fine, there was nothing wrong with her. Besides, Gu Won healed her as well. Ji Hu frowned as Gu Won set her down onto the couch. "Car accidents are not to be taken lightly." Gu Won said.

"I was hit by a car, Gu Won, I wasn't in a car accident." Ji Hu clarified.

"They may have lasting impacts even after you think you've recovered." Gu Won ignored her statement. This had been the case for the past week.

Ji Hu moved a little away from Gu Won. "Do you not trust your own powers, Gu Won? You healed me perfectly. I don't even have a single ache or pain. No stiffness in my neck, no tingling in my extremities." Ji Hu stated.

"That's not it."

"Then what? You can't keep me in the apartment, Gu Won. It's not healthy." Ji Hu said.

"It's just... that I almost lost you for good." Gu Won said honestly.

Ji Hu knew how he felt. Ji Hu thought she was going to lose Gu Won too. She reached over, rubbing her thumb against his cheek. "We almost lost each other, Gu Won." She pecked his lips. "I'm gonna be late." Ji Hu got off the couch while Gu Won was distracted by her kiss.

"Noh Ji Hu!"

"I'll be fine! Seong Min's gonna be there all day!" Ji Hu said as she ran to their bedroom to change out of her pajamas. Gu Won followed as Ji Hu flung open the doors to her walk-in closet. Gu Won stopped short, seeing the state of the closet. Out of the entire apartment, it had to be the cleanest. Everything was organized by brand and then color. Ji Hu puffed her cheeks out, tapping her index finger against one of them.
