Negativity broke into my brain,
and overstayed it's never given welcome,
stealing all of my joy and smashing my confidence.
Signaling the alarm of the return of my depression. Triggering those thoughts of feeling as less than.
What number do I dial for a mind invasion?
Who can I call on when the brighter side of me is being held captive?
