For the past few hours, we've been flying over the ocean following luma to her nest and things have been rather uneventful during the trip. The riders have been talking between themselves about what could make luma seek out aid and Snotlout has been pulling ahead of everyone else much to everyone's mutual irritation, besides trying to stop Snoutlout from pulling ahead the dragons have been chatting about similar topics but a bit less the riders and the cat has been translating what the dragons say whenever they speak to the them, i however was flying next to Stormfly just enjoying the ocean breeze against my scales as we flew, after a little while however i was pulled from my relaxation by luma gesturing at an island.

Luma / fireworm queen : "there is my nest."

Looking to where she was pointing, I saw a large island mainly made of stone, rock and dirt with a few trees dotted around the island. It had a large cave entrance on the side of a cliff which luma swiftly flew into, we followed close behind and the riders went inside the cave along with the dragons and fireworm queen however when i tried... it was too small...

Stormfly : "babe are you ok- oh..."

y/n / Strax : "i believe this cave is... a bit too small for me..."

Belch : "it's not too small, you're just too big!"

At that both me and Stormfly looked at Belch with an irritated expression.

y/n / Strax : "yes, thank you for stating the obvious, *sigh* go on without me, i'll find another way in."

Toothless : "you sure?"

y/n / Strax : "yes. Luma is in need of aid, of which you all are small enough to grant at this moment, I'll meet up with you all when I can."

Stormfly : "right. We'll see you soon."

With a quick touch of me and Stormfly's snouts I nod and then fly off and start to look for a way in while Stormfly and the others follow luma.

Stormfly pov

As y/n flew away we all followed behind the fireworm queen through the winding tunnels. As we went the path was illuminated by the fireworm queens glow making it much easier to see.

Astrid : " I wonder what kind of dragon did that to the fireworm queen."

Snotlout : Well whatever it is, me and Hookfang are going to kick its scaly but out of here!"

Hookfang : "right!"

As we were all walking, I stepped in something slimy which made me shiver in disgust as I also heard Meatlug step in some as well, she wasn't really bothered though.

Fishlegs : "huh... guys, i have a sneaking suspicion we may not be alone..."

Toothless : "no kidding..."

After cutting through a tight corridor, we were just about to go around a bend that seemed to open up a bit more when the fireworm queen suddenly stopped and started growling.

Snotlout : "what is it, your majesty?

Luma / fireworm queen : "there it is. The intruder."
