Toothless pov

As we flew away, we all heard another explosion which caused most of us to look back before it washed over us like a wave making it more difficult to fly for a second before we stabilized ourselfs.

Hookfang : "... if that's how powerful dragons from y/n's home are im not so sure we can take on Magia and win even with y/v, Webs, and Steve's help..."

Barf Belch and Meatlug : "yeah..."

Toothless : "it's definitely... impressive...... but we can deal with it. We've dealt with worse... right?"

As I said that everyone was quiet... we were in WAY over our heads and everyone knew it, the only thing that we've handled on a similar scale other than Cham and Kamsin was the red death... and even then we weren't the ones fighting them...... suddenly i felt Hiccup pat my head, he seemed to be thinking the same thing that i was because he had a concerned look on his face.

Hiccup : "I know bud... we'll think of something."

Snotlout : "HICCUP! Are. you. KIDDING ME!? What could we do against something like that!? Toothless plasma blast only ticked it off!"

Tuffnut : "yeah! And it's awesome! Did you see how destructive that thing was!? Truly a master of its art."

Ruffnut : "yeah!!! That thing could probably level all of Berk if it wanted too!!!"

As they said that the twins started to cry tears of joy, I just rolled my eyes in response and so did Hookfang Meatlug and the riders between annoyed groans.

Fishlegs : "I'm with Snotlout on this one Hiccup, we can't fight something like that, it's just too strong."

Snotlout : "thank you! Now can we please get out of here as soon as possible!?"

As he said that I could hear another explosion in the distance that shook the land that was quickly followed by a bright red beam of energy that struck part of a cliff and melted some of the stone before abruptly stopping with a shrill, high-pitched roar that followed.

Meatlug : "Let's hurry, we don't have much time."

Toothless : "yeah... lets go."

Hiccup : "Hey wait, what's that thing over there?"

Looking over to where Hiccup pointed too, I saw a large tan and gold form, that was covered in spikes with two small wings and what almost looked to be ram horns on its head.

Hiccup : "that has to be the buffalord, come on gang lets go, we don't have much time left."

And at that we quickly fly towards the buffalord

y/n / Strax pov

Quickly dodging to my left I narrowly avoid some explosive scales that detonate and further push me away before using my wing to shield me from the Bazel that charged into me, wincing in pain at the force i quickly press my jets against his face and fire a volley of dragon element blasts into his face knocking him away with a pained roar. It looked like a war zone around us with blood, scales both explosive and not strewn about the ground, the surrounding terrain some mix of burned, melted and exploded, admittedly the two of us looked to be in a similar state, my wings had been damaged as well as my head crest from the repeated explosive scales i had endured and i also had a splitting headache from over using my dragon element. The Bazel on the other hand had a large hole in the lower part of his wing from when I used my dragon beam, multiple large lacerations across his body and many of the areas that made his explosive scales had been severely damaged, nothing we both wouldn't heal from given time, but it still hurt. Narrowing my eyes in anger I glare over at the seething bazelguse and let a low growl out while panting heavily.
