It's been a few days since the riders took in the young speed stinger and it has been all the more infuriating with it here, every time i go down to see what has happened someone is either paralyzed or dealing with the speedstinger and its mess. Aside from that today I was taking it easy and sleeping in for most of the day just enjoying the quiet while I can, but I was awoken by Snotlout, Ruffnut and Hookfang landing near me. Looking up I see that they have the young speedstinger tied up. Seeing this I let out a small hiss of irritation.

Snotlout : "hey big guy! Look I know this looks bad, but I know that you want that stinger gone just as much as we do so how about we make a deal?"

y/n / Strax : "...... i'm listening."

Snotlout : "how about you take this guy back to the island we found it at, eh? Then it'll be out of all our hair!"

I stop for a moment as I think about what my options are.

y/n / Strax : i could give this speedstinger back to Hiccup and them but then it would most likely be here for a good bit longer or... i could take snotlout deal and fly this little irritant back to its island with its pack. It would be out of our business, but I would have to deal with snotlout......... It's worth it for peace and quiet, well as much as one can get with this group.

Standing up I charge my jets and nod to snotlout. Seeing this snotlout grins.

Snotlout : "great!"

Snotlout then slides over a sleeping speedstinger that's been loosely tied up and I walk over to pick it up in my talons so that I won't drop it. As I grab the speedstinger I see Toothless, Stormfly and Meatlug with their riders atop them as they come into view. Seeing this Snotlout runs over to Hookfang along with Ruffnut.

Snotlout : "we'll distract them just get that thing out of here!"

I looked skeptically at him before I jet off in the direction of the stinger's island. As I rocket off over the sea the little speed stinger begins to wake up squirming in my grasp.

y/n / Strax : "wonderful you're waking up... well this trip shouldn't be long so don't squirm too mu-"

??? : "DROP THE KID!!!!"

Looking around I see a large group of adult speed stingers running on the water with a bigger red and green speedstinger leading the group. Upon seeing them I flew over them and slowed down slightly so that I could converse with them.

y/n / Strax : "are you this childs pack?"

Alpha speedstinger : "That's right, now if you don't wanna be paralyzed in the ocean, drop the kid."

y/n / Strax : "oh i fully intend to. However, I feel it would be best if we conversed upon dry land so that this little one can be set free from its restraints."

Alpha speedstinger : "what restraints?!"

y/n / Strax : "some... acquaintances of mine felt it necessary to transport this little one without getting stung in the process and so they tied this little one up loosely with ropes for safe transport. Rest assured that he's not injured in any way."

Alpha speedstinger : "gotcha... let's meet back at our island to discuss."

y/n / Strax : "with pleasure."

Flying back to the speedstingers island i was followed by the rest of the speedstinger pack and the dragon riders much further behind. After a bit of travel, I landed on the beach of the stingers island with a soft thud, making sure not to harm the young stinger. The rest of the speed stingers also arrived on the beach forming a circle around me and the child as the alpha speedstinger walked into the center with me and the young one.

Alpha speedstinger : "aight release the kid so we can talk."

y/n / Strax : "And you can assure that if I do release this little one, I will not be harmed in any way as well as my associates?"

Alpha speedstinger : "I can."

Laying down the speedstinger young I cut the rope binding it, allowing it to get up and walk around. At this the little speed stinger walks between us and looks at each of us.

y/n / Strax : "I have to request that my associates be allowed to say their goodbyes before we conclude this... event."

Alpha speedstinger : "they're the ones who healed our kid?"

y/n / Strax : "that's correct."

Alpha speedstinger : "fine by me then. My name is Razor."

y/n / Strax : "it's a pleasure Razor, you may call me y/n or Strax."

After the introductions conclude the dragon riders fly above us and the pack of speed stingers make an area for them to land. Once they land the young speedstinger runs up to them and greets them affectionately.

Razor : "gotta say, I heard the rumors about humans riding dragons but i didn't believe them myself. It's kinda trippy if I'm being honest."

y/n / Strax : "I agree, though like your young they aided me in a time of need."

Razor : "I see, it seems they're decent humans."

y/n / Strax : "they are."

After the little speedstinger says its goodbyes to the dragon riders and their dragon's it runs back between me and Razor and it then walks up to me and nuzzles my talon.

y/n / Strax : "aww"

As soon as I say that all the dragon rider's dragon's look over to me while chuckling, making the scales on my face flush red. After the little speedsting says its goodbyes, it returns to its real pack.

Razor : "thank you for you and your acquaintances help if you need anything just let us know and we'll be over as fast as we can."

y/n / Strax : "thank you but i think you should be telling that to the night fury and his human over there, not me i was simply the transport."

Razor simply nods and walks over to the gang calmly and bows in respect and gratitude, which Hiccup and Toothless reciprocate. After that the speed stingers rush further into the island.

y/n / Strax : "I don't want to hear a word out of any of your mouths."

Hookfang : "what? Like how you're a big softy under all that?"

At that the dragons all burst out laughing as my face turns even redder from embarrassment.

y/n / Strax : "l-let's just go home."

Toothless : "So the edge is your home now~~ I gotcha."

Even more embarrassed I jet off back towards the edge as fast as I possibly can making a sonic boom as I take off. Looking around I spot something far off in the distance that I can't quite make out. Deciding to investigate, I fly over there and what I see shakes me to my very core.
