It was the day after me and Chams' battle, thankfully I was able to get a full night's rest and most of my injuries had healed at least partially... my mental state however... I could not say the same about... opening my eyes I let out a sigh as I lazily stretched and got up.

y/n / Strax : "i need something to eat before i meet with the riders and dragons today *sigh*..."

Activating my jets, I flew off over the edge seeing the dragons and their riders below, some looked up at me but didn't do anything. Eventually I flew over the water and started looking for something to eat, thankfully that didn't take long as i found a large school of fish that were in a tight ball formation.

y/n / Strax : where there's a bait ball...

As I hover there for a moment, I spot what I was looking for: a large shark that darted up through the bait ball with fish in its mouth.

y/n / Strax : there is a shark not far behind.

Diving into the water I sunk my talons into the shark as it attempted to break free from my grasp by thrashing around wildly. Overclocking my jets, I rocket out of the water with the shark in my talons as I headed to the arena. Landing outside the arena i walked in and started eating my meal, as i was eating some of the dragons and their riders went also joined me in the arena looking somewhat surprised at my choice of meal.

Hookfang : "you... like shark???"

y/n / Strax : "yes, despite its tough exterior it has a sweet side to it."

Hookfang : "oh so like yo-"

y/n / Strax : "not in the mood today Hookfang."

As I say that Hookfang quickly shuts up and chuckles nervously.

y/n / Strax : "I suppose you all have questions of some sort?"

Toothless : "yeah, you could say that."

y/n / Strax : "*sigh* fine, go grab the verm-... the cat... and the others so that i don't have to explain it twice."

Hookfang : "on it."

At that hookfang goes and gets the... cat bringing along the remaining riders and dragons. As they all arrive, I quickly finish my meal and wipe my face of any remains of the shark.

y/n / Strax : "so... I suppose we should start from the beginning."

Stormfly : "that would probably be the best."

y/n / Strax : "so be it then... you all know how i came to be here by escaping hunters who nearly killed me, but what you may not know is that before my encounter with the hunters was that i was in a group of powerful creatures, namely amatsu, Cham, and a stupid bug. We were all in danger of being hunted one way or another. We knew that very well, however none of us actually thought that humans could defeat us even on our lonesome... however as I have recently been informed... My dear friend amatsu has been slain by the hunters..."

As i said that i could feel the sadness within me swell up once again almost bringing me to tears once again, however i was thankfully able to quell it by taking deep breaths and clearing my throat.
