I have to clean the bathroom, pull out and pull in the recycling, and clean my room just for 3 days of screen time. 1 hour.

Im texting with a counselor On the suicide lifeline rn i cant deal with this myself

I couldnt chat much bcause my mom is prbably gonna come uostairs soon

But the counselor sent me a list of coping skills so I'll write it out on paper
