Peter had no idea how much time has passed since he and Tony rescued Doctor Strange. Not long after Peter and Tony started to chat with each other, Strange joined in and told them about how he got his powers. After a few minutes of discussion, their topic strayed to the other Infinity Stones.

“So what exactly can these Infinity Stones do?” Peter asked curiously, after Strange told them a bit about the Time Stone. “Your Time Stone can manipulate time, that much is clear, but what about the others?”

Strange looked at him for a short moment before answering. “I do not know for certain. I only know that each and every one has powers that are somehow connected to the singularity they represent. Although I am amazed that Thanos has apparently found the location of every single one of them. As far as Wong or I know, nobody has ever seen or wielded the Soul Stone,” Strange explained thoughtfully.

“Well that was not the most informative answer. However, the stuff about the Soul Stone at least was interesting,” Peter said dejectedly.

“Loki used the Space Stone to open a wormhole, so there’s that. And the Mind Stone gave Pietro and Wanda their powers. Also, you can kind of see what it can do when you look at Vision,” Tony tried to help.

Peter faced Tony and stared at him, before he started smiling. “That’s right. And obvious. I have no idea why I didn’t think that way,” Peter said. Now that he and Tony were back on speaking terms after the whole disaster with the Sokovia Accords, he wanted to make sure that he didn’t ruin that right away again. Also, he had a subtle feeling that Tony felt similar.

“I mean, I am the genius here. I it only natural that I thing of things other people don’t see,” Tony teased Peter, who gave Tony a light punch on the shoulder in retaliation.

Suddenly, the screen, in which’s front they were sitting, changed. No longer did it show only long lines that reminded Peter of the way the Hyperspace was shown in Star Wars. Instead, a planet came into view and it came closer fast.

“I think we are here,” Strange stated the obvious.

“Yeah, and we are tumbling like crazy. We have to get this thing back under control,” Peter said worriedly.

“I don’t think this rig has a self-park function,” Tony said and walked towards the controls. They spent quite some time earlier discussing how they even worked and now it was time to put their conclusions to practice. As they agreed on, Peter and Tony each grabbed one control arm, as they were too far apart for one person.

They entered the atmosphere of the planet at a way too high speed, and the ship still was not fully under control. Both Peter and Tony tried to look for a safe landing spot, but the whole planet seemed to be covered in debris. Peter noticed a large structure in front of them and he and Tony tried to steer the spaceship out of its way, but the mobility of the ship was hardly good enough. They crashed into the structure and lost complete control of the ship. A part of the ship that broke of even overtook them on their uncontrolled way to the ground. Facing their imminent doom, Strange created an orange shield around the three of them, which protected them from the crash.

“You two all right?” Strange asked while Tony and Peter, who both were thrown to the ground at the impact, stood back up.

“That was close,” Tony remarked, exhausted from the ordeal.

“Yeah, thanks for the assist, Doctor,” Peter said gratefully.

Suddenly. Peter’s Spider-Sense went off. He looked around to see where the danger was coming from, but didn’t notice anything at the moment.

“What’s going on kid? What has you all fidgety?” Tony asked him when he noticed that something was off with Peter.

The man in question turned to Tony and Strange, who both looked at him with worried expressions on their face. “Something is coming,” Peter stated carefully.
