"You told them over call?" Olivia asked getting up from her laid position to face Ainsley.

"Yeah, I thought it would be easier than telling them in person." Ainsley replied.

"How did they react?" Andrea questioned, eager to learn their reactions.

"Well, they were shocked, obviously, and I think they might be a little mad at me for not telling them sooner. I'm sure Iris or Carla wouldn't be, since they don't hold grudges. But Nora, she's a hard one."

"Looks like Ainsley's got some explaining to do- and why are there so many mosquitoes here?! Close the damn window at night!! " Olivia exclaimed while swatting away flies that were attacking her.

"I don't have to worry about them, I have no blood for them to suck so they won't bother me." Ainsley shrugged.

"Or maybe you lack sense because one is literally drinking the hell out of you rn." Andrea commented, pointing towards Ainsley's bare leg.

"Tf?" Ainsley slapped her leg and killed the fly.

"You know, that fly would've probably had a family waiting for it to get back home..." Olivia said, full of gloom causing the other two to shoot her a look of disbelief.

Cyno was seated next to Kaveh, who was complaining about Al Haitham to Tighnari.

That was when Cyno spotted Ainsley taking a seat a little away from the three. She was alone, unlike usual, and was focused on the cellphone in her hand. While looking at her, Cyno couldn't help but notice how she pouts when she's deeply engaged in something.

"Ah, so that's what's gotten you distracted." Kaveh sighed, gaining Cyno's attention.

Cyno simply looked at him with his usual expression.

"Isn't it about time y'all talked?" Kaveh continued.

"Yeah, do it sooner. I don't want to hear you explain how bad you want to get with her any longer." Tighnari agreed.

" Why don't you talk to her now? Liv and Andrea aren't around her so you two can talk heart to heart. " Kaveh suggested.

" Should I? " Cyno was a bit hesitant, but decided to go for it anyway.

Kaveh gave him a thumbs up as he got up to finally talk to the girl.

But it didn't take Cyno more than 4 steps to give up.

He turned swiftly and went back to the table.

"I can't do it."

"What do we do with this guy?" Tighnari mumbled to Kaveh who just shook his head in disbelief.

"And here I almost thought he had finally grown a pair." Kaveh sighs.
