"What is even that? " Olivia whispered to Carla.

Ainsley was holding a poster that read, 'Smash Them Potter! Go Gryffindor!'

"Her and Draco are fighting, so she's supporting Gryffindor this match instead of Slytherin like she usually does." Nora sighed.

"She could just not go in that case." Serene shrugged. Ainsley faced away from her door and looked at her friends.

"What if Malfoy gets launched into space or whatever? I wouldn't want to miss that." Typical Ainsley.

"I don't get this love-hate relationship of theirs. " Avery mumbled, not wanting Ainsley to hear anything.

"Besides, I'm only going because you guys are." Ainsley spoke, walking in front of them.

"Or more like because your boyfriend is." Liv gave her a nudge, with a teasing smile on her face.

They walked for a while and they finally reached the game. There were a lot of vacant seats since they were a bit earlier than they were supposed to be. They joined their other friends who were seemingly waiting for them.

Ainsley, obviously, sat beside Cyno. And to her left was Alhaitham, holding some of Ainsley's stuff since the girl's hands were busy with holding the poster.

He squinted his eyes at Cyno before speaking, "No funny business." As if he were Ainsley's dad.

The couple, however paid no mind and carried on with whatever they were doing.

Minutes went by. Ainsley got tired of holding the poster so that ended up in Alhaitham's as well. The arena was slowly but surely getting filled.

Ainsley, Cyno and Kaveh were busy clicking pictures and Serene had already almost finished the snacks she brought. However, Nora's seat was empty.

That game was about to start but Nora was still out of sight.

"Where the hell is she?" Carla mumbled.

"Probably off bless Draco with her presence." Theo shrugged. "She'll be here in a few, I'm sure."

By the time Nora returned, Gryffindor had already acquired 60 points.

"Where were you?" Ainsley asked at the sight of her.

She looked down. Something was up.

"Draco's not well, I'm worried." She whispered. She had fought with him a few nights back, which was the reason for her worry. Draco had finally realised it and is restless. He had not only upset Ainsley but now Nora as well.

"Oh come on, he isn't gonna die or anything." That was Ainsley's attempt to cheer her up.

"I know, I'm just overreacting at this point." Nora sighed.

Ainsley didn't say anything to that. She didn't want to talk about Draco. But that was all Nora and her talked about these days. That made Ainsley a little upset.

Usually Nora would talk about her day or just random stuff, but now it's all Draco and I this, Draco and I that. She didn't care if Nora and he were friends, or even anything more, but Nora of all people should know best that Ainsley wouldn't want to talk about him.

Ainsley kept quiet most of the time, reacting only when needed when Malfoy was the center of conversation, because she knew that Nora would do anything in Draco's defence.
