"All I know is
No matter how far away
This is the place we were made"

Third Person POV
Katsuki yawns as he sits up in bed and stretches. He rubs his tired eyes as he looks around his bedroom, nothing out of place. For the first night in a while, his sister didn't break in and cause mischief. He sighed as he crawled out of bed and changed out of his pajamas into some blue overalls with a black tank top.

He heads downstairs to see his mother already making breakfast for his sister as he rolls his eyes. He sits down at the countertop next to Aku as she scoffs at him quietly. It pissed Katsuki off to have to deal with his sister in a mood so early in the morning. He just wanted to eat his breakfast in peace. However, that is usually not how it goes in the Bakugou household.

"Katsuki, dear, I didn't know you were up. I'll start on breakfast for you as soon as I'm done with your sister's." His mother told him, and he nodded. Mitsuki continued to fry the bacon in a pan as the pancakes cooked on the griddle. She made an extra batch when she found out her son was awake as well. It only took a couple of extra minutes to get the pancakes ready. The bacon took a little longer.

"Are you two excited for your birthday in a couple of days?" The mother asked her twins. This caused both of their eyes to light up.

"Of course we are, mama!" Aku yelled excitedly while Katsuki remained quiet. His sister's voice ruined his excitement. Now he was just annoyed. Her voice irritated him to no extent.

"I already have your gifts picked out! I hope you will love them." The woman said with a smile on her face as she flipped a pancake. Once the food was done cooking, she fixed up three plates and handed two of the plates to her children.

"Mommy." The little girl whimpered as her mother gave her a pitiful glance. She wasn't sure what her daughter was going to complain about this time. Katsuki wasn't surprised to hear his sister whining. He was surprised that it had taken so long.

"What's wrong Aku?" The blonde woman asked her daughter.

"Why did Katsuki get more pancakes than me?" The brunette asked softly. The truth was, he didn't. They got the same amount. But Aku had already eaten one of hers, and Mitsuki thought she had miscounted. "Just eat the ones that you have, please." She said to her daughter. The girl simply kept pouting.

"Oh dear, I'm sorry. Katsuki, would you mind splitting one of your pancakes with your sister so you have equal amounts?" The woman asked her son politely. She knew it wasn't likely for him to agree. He grumbled as he ate the pancake quickly and started on the next one, ignoring his mother. She looked at him in surprise as Aku started crying. Mitsuki simply sighed and stared at her twins. Katsuki rolled his eyes as he finished his breakfast plate.

"Aku, I don't have any more pancakes." The mother tried to comfort her child with a hug as the little boy ran to his room with a slam of the door. He was over this whole pancake thing. Now he just wanted to play. He wished he could see Izuku instead of his sister. This caused a frown to befall his face.

"B-But...pancakes." She whimpered out. "Aku, please calm down."

"I only got one, Katsuki got two. That's not fair!" She said through her tears. The blonde was getting increasingly more annoyed with her daughter. But she refused to show it. She hoped a simple answer would make the waterworks stop. But she should've known better.

"Honey, life isn't fair," Mitsuki said honestly to the small child, who only let out a huff in response. The brunette couldn't understand why her mother was doing this.

"D-Don't you have pancakes?" The brunette girl muttered quietly.

"No, sweetie. I cooked an omelette for myself instead. Would you like to try it? It has egg and—" But the woman was cut off by the screams of her daughter.
