Similar to many of Shin-Ra's oppositions, Doma has resisted the technological advancements and reliance on planet draining resources to operate. Making it a prime target for illegal siege and invasion.
Following a failed siege, Shin-Ra have deployed several operatives with a superweapon by request of a Gestahlian Judge, who has promised not only to squash all Doma's defences but to deliver the surviving heir to the Rahmanus Throne, the swift hand of judgement.
