"Hey! Come on! You are making him wait for us!" Hua Cheng said making He Xuan want to strangle him for the nth time that day.
"It's only 4:15! We told we will meet him at 5!" He Xuan said as he hurriedly proceeded to dress himself.
"But he gets excited! And awaits my arrival and" Hua Cheng told almost growling "I don't know why he would even call you over I would have reached his place by now!"
Yeah go it's fine I have got better work to do then meet you soon-to-be boyfriend was what he wanted to say but he shut his mouth and proceeded to glare at Hua Cheng.

They were presently at He Xuan places getting ready to go meet Xie Lian and the other two friends whom he wanted to introduce to them (he had already guessed who they were it's been 67 lives man). It had been 5 years and He Xuan had not met Shi Qingxuan since that day with Pei Ming. Though he felt a relief his father had already told him to keep an eye on the heir of the Shi family and possibly the second son as well if they were careless enough to send him that is, which itself is a red flag (Hua Cheng had taught him this because he didn't want to look outdated back at school).

After He Xuan got dressed with Hua Cheng's constant nagging they reached Xie Lian's house 15 minutes early (he wasn't surprised).
"Make yourselves at home" was all Xie Lian said as he dropped them in the living room and proceeded to go somewhere with Hua Cheng tagging along. Xie Lian's 2 friends didn't seem to have arrived yet so He Xuan was left alone to wonder. Soon he found himself thinking about Shi Qingxuan again he didn't know how many more years it would take him to meet him again and kill him possibly but yeah he was tired.

After sometime Hua Cheng came in the living room again without Xie Lian and said that Xie Lian had gone to open the door for his 2 friends. Soon after they could hear the 2 voices quarreling very loudly as they entered the room the voice increased making He Xuan increasingly annoyed but he had gotten used to this after so long. After Xie Lian calmed his 2 friends down he went to the kitchen to get refreshments with Hua Cheng tagging behind him leaving He Xuan with a annoyed Feng Xin and glaring My Qing.

After a long uncomfortable silence Xie Lian (thankfully) walked back in and started talking drowning the awkwardness (thankfully the refreshments were store bought cookies as his mother told him that the cookies he made would get stale if he kept for long nice save). As He Xuan sat there concentrated on his share of cookies his attention was soon diverted when Xie Lian mentioned a friend from the capital
"I have a friend who is in the capital he already knows the place there and said it's easy to adapt I will meet him after so long" Xie Lian told Hua Cheng who soon replied with a
"I know the capital aswell Lian I could take you around with no trouble"
To which Mu Qing and Feng Xin rolled their eyes terribly.

"His name is Shi Qingxuan though do you know him He Xuan? You live close by the Pei residence so you must have-"
"No I haven't seen the second son of the Shi family"
"Oh" was all Xie Lian could say noticing He Xuan would not want to be asked anymore.
After a more suffocative half hour He Xuan told he had to leave as he had to go help his grandma with things.

As he walked towards his house he passed through the same convience store where he had met Shi Qingxuan all those years ago. Suddenly a cheerful voice caught his years
"What do you think ge? Will Xie Lian be suprised to see me?"
"Well I would be so I bet he would be to" a more deeper voice replied
He Xuan turned to look inside the store to see Shi Qingxuan standing with his brother having a bag of what looked like souvenirs? In his hand, then he turned to look outside and his eyes he He Xuan's and He Xuan stood there frozen.
