~Shi Qingxuan~ & °He Xuan°

Shi Qingxuan pov:-

He quickly let go of his brother and positioned himself behind his brothers chair.

Pei Ming eyed him with keen interest while Shi Wudu kept his eyes steady on Hua Cheng.

"Do continue" He said his tone fully on business mode.

Hua Cheng gave a side way smirk to his companion and they set some papers on the formers desk.

"Please have a look at these" Hua Cheng said "And if you have any inquiry you can contact our Mr He here" he added patting He Xuan's back while the formers eyes were still fixed on the individual standing behind Shi Wudu.

"I will" Shi Wudu said with some finality and quickly dismissed them before things could get awkward.

"Weren't you guys a thing?" Pei Ming was the first to speak up after the pair left.

Shi Qingxuan shuffled uncomfortably before skillfully changing the subject.

"Brother your getting married to this jerk?"

Shi Wudu face palmed and after a pause wacked Pei Ming on the head.

"We are only dating marring is out of the story"

"Huh???!?!?" Pei Ming exclaimed palming his head.

Shi Qingxuan looked at the pair questionably but left it at that. Everyone could hide a thing or two right?

Shi Wudu handed the "separate apartment" keys he had gotten for Shi Qingxuan as he did not by any means step into the Shi residency again.

Pei Ming drove him to the apartment and helped him unpack.

"And I wonder why I'm helping you" He complained aloud.

"To get my approval?" Shi Qingxuan snapped.

"What approval of yours do I need?"

The former looked at him meaningfully and the other sighed.

"Both you and your brother working the poor me to the bone" Pei Ming whined.

He Xuan pov:-

He was back from Japan.

The paper that Hia Cheng given to Shi Wudu was part of the evidence that the work they had published 5 years ago was actually the He families plan.

He had been working for 5 years, he wanted to make sure that Shi Wudu's father saw the downfall of the Shi corporations before his death.

He almost pitied Shi Qingxuan. So disconnected with reality and once he touched down on China he had come right on time to watch his family crumble.

Only 2 more steps, with a little of Hus Cheng's help they could destroy them atlast.

What would happen of Shi Qingxuan then?
Well he would fall with his family because he never chose him.

He Xuan now sat in his study finalizing some documents when his informant came into the room.

"What's is it?"

"He won't be staying in the Shi residency and has separate accommodations. He has taken up event planning and has started his own brand for it, it seems to me that he has ample experience back in Japan and had gained a lot of fame, he has been posting his work on social media which had gained the chinese audiences attention"

"So he went off to start his own business?"

"And he is quite sucessfull too" Hua Cheng said. He was lying on the couch texting his gege.

"Can you leave?" He Xuan asked exasperated.

"Hmmm~ I could but I don't want to" Hua Cheng said getting cozier in the couch.

He Xuan suppressed a sigh and dismissed the informant.

He had a suspicion that Shi Qingxuan was recovering some past memories, he didn't care about the other lives but he hoped he hadn't recovered the memories of the first.

He Xuan still fancied Shi Qingxuan that wasn't going to change. But after he saw the way Shi Qingxuan looked at him back at Shi Wudu's office....
