As soon as Shi Qingxuan's eyes met his he couldn't help but freeze. Shi Qingxuan just stood there frozen aswell it looked like he was hesitant to make a move.
"Whose there?" Shi Wudu's voice rang which helped him to come out of his trans and he made a run for it.

After he reached home he suddenly remembered his previous life pointedly his 67th one.

That time the second son of the Shi family had come as an guest to their kingdom for the marriage of King Hua and Hua Cheng had made a plan to kill Shi Qingxuan to start a war with the opposite kingdom.

He Xuan was tasked with the duty to get close to Shi Qingxuan and kill him but Lo! General He had fallen head over heels for the other kingdoms prince but fate was cruel and he killed Shi Qingxuan on the day when he had to leave the day when Shi Qingxuan had made a plan to convince his father to have him be a betrothed to He Xuan. The war was fierce in the middle of the war he had come face-to-face with Shi Wudu and had got killed as an getaway to a new cycle of life, a new cycle of life where he could meet Shi Qingxuan again and a new life where they could chat over drinks forgetting about the worries of the world.

As he sat there on his bed staring at his phone and reminiscing tears trickled down his cheek without his knowledge. He didn't learn did he? After 67 lifetimes after killing Shi Qingxuan so many times his heart still ached for him, for his sweet voice, for his cheerful personality and for the smile he would kill for.

The next day Hua Cheng had come with a complain on how Shi Qingxuan was hogging Xie Lian and how Xie Lian had refused on their usual outting and cut of the whole week. So now here he was in his terms "rotting away" in He Xuan's house.

He Xuan repressed his urge to role his eyes and just murmured a yes.
"Let's do it then!" And soon after 15 minutes Hua Cheng gave up and dragged He Xuan with him to buy some ice-cream.
"It's so hot these days!" Hua Cheng said as he bit off his ice-cream "Let's head back home fast granny He said that she made me cold noodles let's go let's go"
Now He Xuan understood why Hua Cheng had called Shi Qingxuan a hogger cuz now Hua Cheng was hogging his food! Out of all things he wanted to share!

On their way back home the had the misfortune of laying their eyes on "Young master Pei and his cousin brother" but they quickly took a detoure and left in a hurry to be met my none other then Mu Qing and Feng Xin (Like if you guys enemies why you'll stick together?) They were still quaraelling.
"Oh if it isn't for Hua Cheng and his trusty side kick" Mu Qing said rolling his eyes.

That was the last thing someone could call him this ain't ending well was all He Xuan could think.
