—— Seori
As I leaned against the headboard next to Jungwon, I wrapped my arms around his arm, seeking comfort in his presence. Nestling my head on his shoulder, I gazed up at him with a playful gleam in my eyes.
"What should we do now?" I asked, curiosity tingling in my voice.
Jungwon pondered for a moment before suggesting, "We could play some video games or watch a movie. Or maybe even go for a drive."
But I wasn't in the mood for something ordinary. I wanted excitement, an adrenaline rush that would make my heart race and my spirit soar.
"Nah, let's do something more thrilling," I declared with a mischievous smirk. "Like bungee jumping or skydiving."
Jungwon's eyes widened in surprise, his expression a mix of amusement and apprehension. "Bungee jumping, huh? That's... intense," he remarked, a hint of uncertainty lacing his words.
I couldn't resist teasing him, knowing full well that his tough exterior sometimes hid a hint of fear. "Scared, Jungwon?" I teased, nudging him playfully.
Jungwon chuckled, his gaze meeting mine with a knowing twinkle. "Me? Scared? Never," he replied with mock bravado, though I could detect a flicker of hesitation in his tone.
I grinned, enjoying the playful banter between us. Despite the thrill of the idea, I knew that bungee jumping might be too extreme for now. But it was fun to imagine, to flirt with the idea of pushing our limits together.
"Well, maybe not today," I conceded, snuggling closer to Jungwon. "But someday, for sure."
Jungwon nodded in agreement, wrapping his arm around me in a protective embrace. In that moment, as we sat together in quiet companionship, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over me. With Jungwon by my side, the possibilities were endless, and the future held countless adventures waiting to be explored.
Curiosity bubbled within me as I glanced around the room, taking in the familiar surroundings of the racing house. Turning to Jungwon, I couldn't help but voice my question.
"Hey, Jungwon, do you sleep here at the racing house often?" I inquired, my tone tinged with genuine curiosity.
Jungwon's eyes twinkled with amusement as he turned to me, a teasing grin playing on his lips. "Why do you ask, Seori? Are you hinting that you want to sleep over?" he replied, his voice laced with playful sarcasm.
Caught off guard by his teasing response, I felt a blush creeping onto my cheeks. "Well, um, I wouldn't mind sleeping over if you want me to," I confessed, my words tumbling out in a rush of nervous excitement.
To my surprise, Jungwon's expression softened, his eyes reflecting a warmth that sent a flutter of anticipation through me. "Sure, Seori. You can sleep over if you want to," he agreed, his voice gentle and reassuring.
A surge of excitement washed over me, and I couldn't help but squeal with delight like the kid I truly was. The prospect of spending the night at the racing house with Jungwon filled me with a sense of thrill and anticipation, like embarking on a new adventure.
As Jungwon and I exchanged excited glances, I felt a sense of closeness between us, a shared bond that transcended words.

After my shower, I slipped into one of Jungwon's oversized shirts, relishing the comforting warmth it provided. With my hair still slightly damp, I settled onto the bed, reaching for my phone to send a quick text to my mom. I hesitated for a moment, debating whether or not to mention that I was staying with Jungwon. In the end, I decided against it, knowing that my mom would worry needlessly. She didn't have anything against Jungwon, but I knew she wouldn't approve of us being almost in a relationship, given our four-year age gap.
