—— Seori

As Jungwon's words hung in the air, I felt a wave of confusion wash over me, his declaration of desire leaving me dumbfounded. It sounded so... intense, so unlike anything I had ever experienced before.

Sitting up slowly, I couldn't help but feel a sense of discomfort settle over me. Was I really deserving of such passionate declarations? After all, I was just Seori – the silly, childish Ramen Queen who stumbled into his life by chance.

"It's... it's weird, isn't it?" I mumbled, unable to meet Jungwon's gaze as I fidgeted nervously with the hem of my shirt. "I mean, you're... you're Jungwon, and I'm just... me."

My voice trailed off, the weight of my insecurities pressing down on me like a heavy burden. How could someone like him – strong, confident, and undeniably attractive – be drawn to someone as ordinary as me?

Jungwon reached out, gently lifting my chin so that our eyes met. His gaze was tender, filled with an emotion I couldn't quite decipher. "Seori," he said softly, his voice gentle yet firm, "you are so much more than you give yourself credit for. To me, you're everything."

His words hung in the air, each syllable sinking into my heart like a soothing balm. Could it be true? Could I really be everything to someone as amazing as Jungwon?

"I know I'm not like the other girls you've been with," I confessed, my voice barely above a whisper. "I'm not sophisticated or glamorous. I'm just... me."

Jungwon's expression softened, his fingers brushing against my cheek in a tender caress. "And that's exactly why I love you," he murmured, his voice filled with sincerity. "You're genuine, Seori. You're unapologetically yourself, and that's what makes you so special to me."

Tears welled up in my eyes, overwhelmed by his words of reassurance and affection. In that moment, I realized that maybe – just maybe – I was deserving of love, regardless of my perceived shortcomings.

As Jungwon pulled me back into his embrace, his arms enveloping me in a comforting embrace, I felt a sense of security wash over me. His presence alone was enough to chase away the doubts and insecurities that had plagued me moments ago.

With a gentle touch, he brushed away the tears that had gathered in my eyes, his gaze filled with concern. "Here you are, crying over nothing serious," he remarked, his voice tinged with amusement.

I couldn't help but chuckle softly at his observation, the warmth of his embrace easing the tension that had gripped me moments ago. "Blame it on you," I retorted playfully, giving him a teasing nudge with my elbow. "I never cried this much when I was single."

Jungwon's laughter filled the air, the sound bringing a smile to my lips. In his arms, surrounded by his love and affection, I felt as though I could weather any storm. With him by my side, even my deepest fears and insecurities seemed trivial.

"Maybe that's because you never had someone to care for you like this before," Jungwon suggested, his voice soft and filled with tenderness. "But now you do, Seori. And I promise you, I'll always be here for you, through the tears and the laughter, through the ups and downs of life."

His words struck a chord deep within me, resonating with a truth that I had always known but never dared to acknowledge. With Jungwon by my side, I felt as though I could conquer the world – one tear, one smile at a time.

Snuggling closer to him, I buried my face in the crook of his neck, inhaling the familiar scent that was uniquely his. "Thank you, Jungwon," I murmured softly, my words filled with gratitude and love. "For everything."
