When me and Leah went to bed last night, we had a short conversation about her not having to get up for training today, because she had a match this evening. She said she would leave before Arthur and Nelly got up if that's what i wanted, but I told her that I didn't mind. So we agreed to decide when we woke up. So it's unsurprising that we wake up tangled together with my head on her chest.

"Morning" she says in her groggy tone

"Morning" I say turning slightly to look up at her smiling as she leans down to give me a quick kiss

"How did you sleep"

"Good, you" I ask her

"Good, a couple of more hours of would have been nice" she jokes

"Well unfortunately for you, two kids are about to wake up very excited because they know they are going to see you play tonight" I say pulling away from her and getting up

"Speaking of, what kind of tickets do you want" she asks following suit and getting up

"What do you mean"

"Sitting or standing"

"I don't mind, whatever you can get me"

"I'll do my best to get you seats" she says walking towards me and wrapping her arms around my waist and I wrap mine around her shoulders and give her a quick peck

"I must speak to mum today as well, as long as your still sure about your decision" she says pulling away slightly to gauge my reaction

"Yeah, I'm sure" I say smiling as we make direct eye contact

"Right, let's get these gremlins up then" I pull away from her as I head out of my bedroom to get Arthur and Nelly up.

"I'm gonna go down and make some tea, do you want a cup" she asks

"Yes please, I'll follow you down once they're up"

She heads downstairs and I go into Arthur and Nelly's rooms to get them up. Arthur gets up straight away and jumps straight into my arms where I sit him comfortably on my hip. Nelly on the other hand was being extremely lazy today, but considering it was the weekend I didn't push her. Me and Arthur made our way downstairs to the kitchen and when he saw Leah he was shocked

"Leah" she shouts trying to get out of my arms as fast as he could so he could run towards her

"Ello mate" she says in her thick London accent as she picks him up and gives him a cuddle

"Your assposed to be playing football today" he says innocently

"I will be later, but I had to spend some time with my favourite people first"

"Leah" Nelly shouts from the kitchen door which scares the life out of me. She makes a b-line for her and wraps her arms around her.

"Morning chick" Leah says and I giggle at her new nickname for Nelly

"Are we going to the match with you" she asks Leah excitedly

"No your going with your mummy and then ill meet you guys after" she informs them which leads to some disappointed expressions

"Right who want breakfast" I try to lift the mood

The four of us all eat breakfast together while obtaining small conversation and laughing at Nelly's usual morning jokes. I tidied up once we were finished and for the rest of the morning we spent some time with Leah before she had to leave.

When she was gone I got myself and the kids ready. Once we were all ready and wrapped up we left for the match. It was arsenals last match before the Christmas break so all the girls were heading out for a meal and a couple of drinks afterwards before everyone went their separate ways for the holidays.
