(sitting near corner shop)

Man one: Where did the boss's daughter go?

Man two: We'll get revenge for the boss.

Man three: She doesn't deserve the surname Sakura.

Souji (in the dark from a distance): A surname is just a surname. Plus you have no right to say that person doesn't deserve a family name when you're not even part of it.

Man one: Who's there?

Souji (after walking into the light): Hello.

Man two: it's just a kid.

Man three: Go home boy. We're looking for someone.

Souji: What a surprise. I'm too looking for someone.

Man two (notice Souji katana): Are you a Takanda?

Souji: You know my family?

Man two: I was taken in by a Takanda policeman a couple of months ago. However, before the police came someone with a katana like yours attacked me.

Souji: That was me. I'm surprised you remember me because I don't remember you.

Man one charged at Souji about to unleash a punch but Souji blocked the man's attack with his sheath. After pushing that man away Souji's eyes dimmed before he quickly unsheathed his katana in reverse to use the dull side to land one quick hit on the three men.

Souji (while sheathing his katana after the third man hit the ground): Attacking a girl who's in my protection was your big mistake. (eyes normal after answering his phone) Talk to me.

Ruby (from Souji's phone): Look like they came alone.

Souji: Take them somewhere so they can't be noticed.

Ruby: I'll come back once one of your father's team has arrived. He sent me a notice not that long ago after calling him.

Souji: Well my dad does work fast.

(outside corner shop)

Iris (walking over after coming out carrying two bags): You know you could have gone home without me.

Souji: I could but I wanted to wait.

Iris (pass a bag): This is for you.

Souji: You didn't have to get me anything.

Iris: But I wanted to treat you to something since you always treat me.

Souji (taking the bag): Thank you then.

Iris (walking with Souji): So what should we do once we get back?

(street)

Souji: Want to explore so we can unlock all the teleporters and make the map clear before going to bed?

Iris: Okay. It's not bad having a relaxing evening once in a while.

Souji: I notice almost every update happens on the day before the weekend or the season holiday.

Iris: I didn't notice that. I thought they just planned it like that. By the way, don't mind telling me who was following me?

Souji: They belong to your father's gang.

Iris (in her mind): I expected this.

Souji (look at Iris): What's on your mind?

Iris: I want to become a shadow for the police.

Souji: Then I'll inform my father tomorrow.

Iris: Thank you.

(two days later Wednesday bus)

Ruby (sitting behind them using a white star hairband to tie the bottom of her hair ): You sure about this?

Ruby wearing a white short shirt with short sleeves, red gloves that hook around her middle finger, and a red long coat that has middle-length sleeves with a white star logo on the back, and the top half is zipped up to her chest. Red leggings, and white trainers that have red lace with a red star logo on the opposite sides.

Iris (sitting next to Souji while both wearing their street outfit): I made my mind up yesterday. You guys who work in the shadow stop people the police miss.

Ruby: Like?

Iris: My father's gang for example. Since the gang will be ruled by someone else once my father dies. I want my family to start fresh with me. I'll be the first to support the police with my skills.

Souji: So you're going to turn your family name into a protector of peace like my family?

Iris: That's right.

Ruby: You put a lot of thought into this.

Souji: Well we did talk about it during class. Anyway, after the appointment with your dad, my dad is going to stop by quickly.

Ruby: Okay.
