Souji's dad: You keep them.
Iris (shock): What?!
Ruby: Souji's dad decided if we wanted to stop being shadows he'd change the license saying we graduate but in secret our license will be updated giving a higher permission. That will allow us to use our weapons freely so we can secretly still help the police. However, if we kill someone we are taken to jail and we'll be executed.
Souji: So straightforward. Telling her things that may not happen.
Iris (look at Souji): It's better than telling me half of it. (after seeing Souji's dad stand) Before you go I want to let you know that I know what weapon I would like to use.
Souji's dad: That is?
Iris: I would like to use a katana. I know it will take me a while to get used to it but I know it will help me not kill.
Souji: Don't forget about your crazy strength.
Ruby: If you have control over that strength. You can switch between using a katana and your martial arts skills. For example, Souji's kill mode increases his speed.
Iris: Really?
Souji: I'll show you one day but this means you have to accompany us to kendo for training.
Iris (smiling): I hope you teach me well sensei.
Souji (look away): Don't call me that. (quietly) Dummy.
Souji's dad: I think it's time for you young people to get out of here.
Souji (smiling after Ruby and Iris stand): You're not that old.
Iris (before leaving): Have a good day.
Ruby (before closing the door after leaving the room): Until next time.
Souji's dad: So she's doing this for herself and the future of her family. (in his mind) I never thought Iris would think of others than herself.
(street)
Ruby: I'm surprised that went smoothly.
Iris: Didn't you two get your weapon customized?
Souji: We did however this time we're going to surprise you.
Ruby: Tomorrow do you want to go to the kendo room to train?
Iris: With actual weapons?
Souji: The best way to master a weapon is by actually going through real combat.
Iris (worry): What happens if I switch?
Ruby: From my father's research you both should be able to counter each other kill side.
Souji: Does Iris have more skills than increased strength?
Ruby: By the way when Iris plays UGO her eyes are sharper.
Souji (while thinking back): Now that I think of it. I think we both have that.
Ruby: We'll check that out tomorrow. (look at Iris) You've been quiet for a while. Do you want to ask something?
Iris: I know you're not into games but this week Friday there's a live event we were invited to. So if you're free do you want to watch us play?
Ruby (smiling): I'll be happy too. (after getting an idea) Since you have an event this week I think you should train in my room.
Souji: Why?
Ruby: I know you two will lose track of time and not eat but if you play in my room I can give you snacks, give you drinks, and tell you when to take a break.
Souji: Then let's grab some snacks before heading back.
Ruby (after thinking): Since you both are coming to my room. (look at Iris) Want to order takeout?
Iris: Really?
Ruby: Yep. (puts her arm over Iris's shoulder) Let's say we're having a party to celebrate the path you want to take.
Souji: You took a big step in a short amount of time but don't forget to take it slow.
Iris (look at Souji): Okay. For now, I'll take things slow.
Ruby (walking ahead dragging Iris along after grabbing her hand): To the snack shop.
Iris: Ruby slow down. I might trip.
Souji (in his mind looking towards a roof after stopping): Was someone watching us?
Iris (from a distance): Souji hurry up before we leave you behind!
Souji (continue walking): Coming!
(a few distances ahead)
Ruby (smiling): Why are you blushing?
Iris (looks away): I'm a bit embarrassed calling someone's name when there are a lot of people.
Ruby (hugs Iris): You are so adorable.
Souji (confused after stopping near them): Did I miss something?
Ruby: Nope.
(sunset flat Ruby room)
Iris (sitting on the floor being in front of her computer while everyone wearing their comfy outfit): I'm surprised there are so many dungeons on the new land.
Souji (sitting at a desk): And puzzles to other areas.
Ruby (puts a drink near Iris): Are maps in any game this detail?
