GOVERNOR'S CAMP

The Governor opens the door and steps inside an RV where Michonne, Hershel, and Vivian are tied up, hands behind their backs. Vivian has her eyes narrowed glaring up at the Governor.

Vivian: Get off me

The Governor grabs Hershel and pushes him down beside Michonne, taking out a food and hands it towards them

Governor: You should eat. It's gonna be a long day.

Vivian spits right in his face, he wipes away the spit from his cheek.

Governor: Nobody's gonna hurt you.

Hershel: I don't believe that.

The Govenor takes a seat at the table

Governor: Well I don't care.

Hershel: Just tell us what this. Please.

Governor: This isn't personal.

Hershel: Then what is it?

Governor: Vivian, I want you to know......Penny, my daughter, she was dead. I know that now. Now I don't want to hurt you. I don't want to hurt anyone. I need the prison, that's it. There are people I need to keep alive. You three are gonna help me take it.

Vivian: I ain't helping you take anything, fucker

Hershel: Vivian, stop talking.

He gives her a look telling her to stop talking.

Governor: No one needs to die.

Michonne and Vivian looks at each other.

Vivian: I'm gonna kill you. That's a promise.

Governor: No you won't.

Vivian: I'm gonna take my---

Hershel: Stop it.

He looks at the Governor

Hershel: You want the prison?

Governor: Yeah. And I'll take it as peacefully as I can.

Hershel: Governor---

Vivian scoffs, rolling her eyes. Hershel sends her another look

Governor: Don't call me that.

Hershel: Your people, our people, we can find a way to live together. These people you need to keep alive, do you love them?

Governor: You're a good man, Hershel. A better man then either Rick or Ian.

Hershel: Everything you said, the way you've said it, you've changed. So has Rick and Ian.

Governor: Me and Vivian will never be able to live together. She'll kill me in my sleep

Vivian: You Goddamn right I will. I'll take your other eye.

Hershel: We'll find away.

Governor: I found a way! I'm trying hard. There's all kinds of ways I could do this. This way, you get to live and I get to be.....

He shakes his head, standing up.

Hershel: You say you want to take this prison as peacefully as possible. That means you'll be willing to hurt people to get it. My daughters would be there. That's who you'd be hurting. If you understand what it's like to have a daughter or a son, then how can you threaten to kill someone else's?

Governor: Because they're aren't mine

He opens the door and walks out. Vivian struggles violently in her binds thrashing and screaming.
