ROAD TO ALEXANDRIA

The Commonwealth along with Vivian, Brian, Daryl, and Shaun are traveling towards Alexandria.

Pamela: This is a long way from home, Solomon.

Solomon and Pamela are riding in a black humvee sitting across from each other at a table. Solomon has his hands clasped together

Solomon: It is. But these communities are perfect for our vision and my daughter happens to live at one of them. They're perfect for your vision.

Pamela: I'm not convinced we need to stretch our resources like this. Grow your own empire then your power can extend.

Solomon curls his lips up and sneers at her, nails digging into the palm of his hand but he exhales calmingly.

Pamela: And lose your empire.

Solomon: I don't think it's quite as dramatic and I happen to love dramatic.

Pamela: Well how's this for dramatic? If this doesn't go well, we're out. These people are free to stay with us permanently or they can go home and finish their own repairs.

Solomon clenches his jaw getting angry and rageful.

Pamela: There's enough to do at home without having to worry about a couple of small communities in another state.

Solomon: Give it a chance, Pam. I really think you might be surprised.

Pamela gives him a look. Solomon rolls his eyes and leans back folding his arms.

ALEXANDRIA

The gates open up and the convey rides inside Alexandria. Vivian, Brian, Shaun, and Daryl climbs out of one of the humvees

Solomon and Pamela gets out of their humvee and they walks up to Vivian and Aaron.

Aaron: Welcome to Alexandria.

Pamela: Aaron. Vivian. A pleasure.

Vivian: Care for the grand tour?

Pamela: I would expect nothing less.

They begin walking. Workers are walking around the garden and around the community doing repairs and working.

Vivian: Alexandria was a self-sustaining ecological community.

Aaron: We have water, solar panels, and a crop system.

They turn and walks down the wooden panel, the windmill is shown in the center of the field.

Mercer, Brian, and Daryl are walking behind them.

Pamela: Who is the engineer?

Solomon: I don't recall anyone.

Vivian: No one, actually. We got the plans from the leader of an allied community, Maggie Rhee.

Solomon's eyes lights up and a smirk forms across his face. The Dixon brothers glares at the back of his head in anger.

Aaron: Some of our people studied the blueprints and we built it.

Pamela: Fascinating.

Mercer: How do you keep this place safe with it being so isolated?

Brian and Daryl looks over to him

Daryl: Wasn't easy.

Brian: Fought a lot of fights.

Mercer: You were two of the leaders here?

Daryl: Yeah, yeah. I guess you could say that.

Brian: We all were.
