FLASHBACK

A shot of the river as Vivian ride a horse along the riverbank. She pulls the horse to a stop looking over the river.

A shot of two walkers stuck in the mud snarling loudly when Vivian slams her sword though both their heads back to back slicing one of their faces off.

She dangles her sword at her side stepping though the sand on beside the river.

She walks closer to the water leaning down digging though the dirt picking up her dad's Colt, brushing away the dirt caked on it.

She stares at the gun with tears brimming in her eyes.

She looks across the river seeing a pregnant Annabelle slowly walking along the bank, also with tears in her eyes.

FLASH FORWARD-UNKNOWN TIME LATER

With her dad's Colt strapped to her hip, Vivian raises her sword bringing it up cutting a walker's head up from under its chin.

She turns the body over onto its back and sighs in relief seeing it's not her dad or uncle. Brian walks down the bank and approaches her

Brian: Hey

Vivian: Hey.

Brian: We followed this to the ocean and back. D took one side, I took the other. Nothing out there either.

Vivian sighs sadly nodding her head

Brian: Jen and Lyla literally had to drag Anna back home. Michonne fought Aaron but-----you should head home, get some rest.

Vivian: Rosy told you to tell me that?

Brian: No, that's just me looking out for my best friend and she's worried about you, Viv. You good?

Vivian looks away

Vivian: I felt the baby kick this morning. They've been kicking the shit out of mom every morning

Brian(chuckles): They're a Grimes. Anna's been using the bathroom like clockwork at 4 every morning. It's annoying but Lyla did the same.

Vivian: Jude's been asking about Daryl

Brian: I know. Bethie's been asking about her Uncle D. It's been a while since he's been back at Alexandria but knowing my brother, he won't stop until he finds something and I won't stop either. We'll find something.

Vivian: Plenty of reasons to come back. Finding something doesn't have to be one of them.

Brian: Looks like we're gonna be the only ones out here for a while.

Vivian: You don't need to do that.

Brian: Ain't gonna stop looking. Not ever.

Vivian walks past him as the two friends walks up the bank.

Vivian: You okay being out here alone?

Brian: You?

Vivian: I'm not but I got Rosy to make things a little bit easier, like you got Lyla and Bethie

Brian: Yeah looks like we both got someone to make things just a little bit easier.

They walks into the woods leaving the river.

ALEXANDRIA-PRESENT DAY

Vivian is cleaning the Colt with a cloth and looks at her dad's gun running her fingers along the barrel. She places it in a box and gently closes the box. She stands up looking out the window seeing Aaron walking down the street towards her house.

She opens the door where Judith is front of a bike with RJ riding and Beth pushing the bike behind.

Vivian: Jude, stay with your brother and Beth.
