King Peppy was just trying to teach Poppy about making the perfect grilled cheese sandwich but she and Branch are too busy kissing.
Poppy watched from a far as her dad who had made the perfect discovery on a new way to make a grilled cheese sandwich.
He was teaching her step by step making sure she payed attention to the little details that he was making. Branch made his way towards Poppy who smiled at him the moment he came into view. "And then you add Sprinkled Cheese into the bread after you spread the butter." King Peppy said excitedly as he was showing the couple the way to make it. "It looks good so far dad."
Poppy exclaimed giving him a thumbs up with approval to support her dad. She really loved the way her dad gets excited over small things it made her love him. She felt her boyfriend slowly wrap his arm around her waist pulling her towards him. And she loved Branch as equally as she loved her dad. But maybe a little more but she would never admit that.
"And then you add some bacon on bread and we add another layer of cheese." Poppy heard her dad say but Branch was the one who answered him. "Is the grilled cheese sandwich almost finished because I can't wait to try some." Branch asked making the former King light up like a Christmas tree.
"No son we have a long way to go. Next we add another layer of butter on the bread and spread the whole thing on." King Peppy continued his instructions but little did he know that the couple were not paying attention to what he was saying at this point because they both had eyes for each other.
Branch leaned down to kiss Poppy's forehead, circlet already removed for the evening. "Beautiful,"he whispered. Poppy leaned in, and kiss him.
This time, for longer, and more passionate. He had been a bit hesitant since her dad is in the room, but he couldn't resist and started to kiss back. It had begun to become a fight for power, either Branch or Poppy trying to take over in who gets the upper hand in this session.
Branch moved away from her mouth, kissing down her throat, sucking to ensure that it leaves a mark to remind her of him. She moves around under him, holding in noises she fights to release.
Meanwhile King Peppy was finally done making the perfect Grilled cheese. "So what do you think about it." He asked proudly waiting for an answer. After not getting one King Peppy turned to look at him daughter who was busy making out with her boyfriend.
King Peppy cleared his throat getting the couple's attention. "That was an interesting way to make a grilled cheese dad, I can't wait to try it one day." Poppy replied looking a little red to the face.
She was mainly embarrassed by the marks Branch left on her. Branch on the other hand looked very proud with the outcome. The three trolls ate in silence afterwards.
