🪷 In prologue, the boy Hua Ying helped to pass the gates to the cycle of reincarnation, was Xue Yang. Later he picked the surname 'Wei' in honor to the kindness Hua Ying showed him. (Wait for the extras for more details.)

🪷 The appearance of Hua Ying in prologue was his demonic form, which could be considered as the official appearance of the supreme ghost king, Scarlet Spider Lily.

🪷 The reincarnated Hua Ying was dropped at the doorstep of Shen Qingqiu by Lady Siming. Even then, A-Ying had her forehead ribbon (the one LWJ tied around her wrist in book one) along with her, which she later began to tie around her forehead or along with her hair as she grew up.

🪷 The reason why Cang Qiong Mountain sect was late to receive the news about Hua Ying's death is because that they live separately from the rest of the cultivation world and a bit far away.

🪷 It was Hualian couple who raised the triplets and they grew up in heaven. However, they sometimes got bullied when they were young, especially Hua Ruohua when they are out alone playing with other kids because neither of their parents weren't with them.

🪷 The kids were born immoral with the ability to manipulate their appearance as they will. Thus, their appearance of six years old even at the age of twenty.

🪷 Lan Wangji had never seen how the triplets looks like until after chapter 11 because he continuously used a blindfold on him to prevent himself from enjoying the world where Hua Ying is not a part of.

🪷 At age four, Shen Qingqiu sealed Luo Ying inside the Ling Xi caves in hopes of faat forwarding his succession to immortality. Thus, at the age of seven, she became an immoral even though Xie Lian predicted that it will be at age fourteen that A-Ying would achieve immortality. (Book 01, chapter name: Goodbye for now)

🪷 At age nine, Luo Ying mastered her demonic cultivation after been thrown into the Endless Abyss by Luo Binghe when she was seven.

🪷 However, after that, Luo Ying never shared a good relationship with her adoptive parents and it only disoriented when they forced her into a betrothal with Yue Shaoqing.

🪷 Lan Wangji ascended to godhood with the attributes of moon and night, thus his title, Lord Han Wanyue.

🪷 The five Wangxian kids, each had either a ghost core or a golden core; none had both like their mother. (Xuanyu: Ghost core, Shizui: Golden core, Xiulin: Golden core, Lijun: Ghost core, Ruohua: Golden core)

🪷 Luo Ying only had bits and pieces of memories of her past life until she met her triplets and Lan Wangji at the Cloud Recesses.

🪷 The Bingqiu couple here, is bit too overbearing and demanding, thus the reason why they refused to back down from continuing with Luo Ying's marriage preparations even when she firmly refused to corporate with.

🪷 The substitute bride, Chang Haoyu who took Hua Ying's place at the wedding, once had been a disciple of Xian Shu Peak before her death. Her descension as a ghost happened due to the strong feelings (love) she held towards Yue Shaoqing.

🪷 Even though Banyue (country) and Yuèliàng Xuě cut ties with the cultivation world after Hua Ying's death, their informants moved in between to keep their sect masters updated all the time. Thus, how Xue Huang met Nie Huaisang and Jin Yangmei.

🪷 The punishments the heavens declared upon Cang Qiong Mountain was executed with no loopholes except Chang Haoyu's presence there. She was allowed to roam freely in and out of the mountain, giving a possible escape route for Yue Shaoqing. Being manipulated and used by Yue Shaoqing, she was then tossed away and died at the hand of Luo Binghe (the scene Xie Lian and the rest walked into in chapter 48)

🪷 Xue Yang has been basically adopted by Mei Nianqing and taught by Jun Wu once they realized his devotion towards Hua Ying, their grandson. Thus, how Xue Yang managed to get the couple to rescue Hua Ying and Lan Wangji.

🪷 The bond Xue Yang share with Hua Ying is something similar to the bond Hua Ying shares with his Ghost General.

🪷 The collars that were put on Wangxian couple was a materialized version of cursed shackle, specifically designed to block and potentially drain one's spiritual power.

🪷 The way Xie Lian completely lost control was due to his centuries old trauma and losing everything he held dear, even Hua Cheng at one point of time. The idea of loosing his one and only child, threw him over the fence once and for all.

🪷 The way Xie Lian's alias, Tàizǐ Xīnniáng raised up to a proper title; it was somewhat similar to ghosts going through Mount Tonglu to achieve the supreme rank. He was fueled by resentment and the desire to seek revenge and the alias, the powers he used were also backed up by the authority of a ghost king, Xuè Yǔ Tàn Huā. Thus, his new title as the queen to a king, Kū xuè de tàihòu.

🪷 However, all that (Xie Lian's new title) and the Cang Qiong Mountain sect almost going extinct by his hand was never revealed to Hua Ying and everyone made sure to keep it that way. Thus, Hua Ying's confusion at Xie Lian's sudden snappy and overprotective behavior.

🪷 Until the Phoenix Mountain hunt, Jiang Cheng never got a chance to meet the reincarnated Hua Ying nor got a chance to thank him properly for the gift he left for him before death (the ability to get pregnant).
