'Your highness... Your highness, please come down to Qing Jing Peak now! His majesty is getting out of control!!' It was Lady Siming's desperate call that broke Hua Ying's peaceful slumber. With the amount of force Siming used for the intrusive call, it not only managed to jerk Hua Ying awake with a small surprised curse escaping through his lips but also woke up Lan Wangji who seemingly hugged his beloved safely to sleep as well.

"Airén?!" Lan Wangji worriedly called his beloved who seemed to be still unfocused due to whatever reason that awoke her.

"A-niang! Lan Zhan, where is a-niang?" Hua Ying inquired in a soft yet hurried tone.

"General Nan Yang said that your parents will be going down to Qing Jing Peak to sort things out. What's wrong, my A-Ying?" Hua Ying blushed crimson at what his beloved called him but it wasn't the time for flirting. Thus, he got down from the bed with Lan Wangji clinging- err... helping him down, while telling him about Lady Siming's call.

"Mn. Both a-niang and a-die did look very angry. Is Lady Siming worried that they will start a massacre there?" Lan Wangji asked curiously.

"Hmm? But it felt more like she was worried about them triggering a punishment from Tiāndao. Even though the immoral realm falls under Tiāndì's jurisdiction, it's forbidden for him to interfere unless absolutely necessary. And this matter... It's nothing more than quenching their anger by taking revenge on them all. If they really going to do something to my adoptive parents, I don't know what would Tiāndao do." Hua Ying summarized all the important information for the knowledge of his beloved before adding in a much silenced tone, "I shouldn't have let a-die do empathy on me... I shouldn't have done anything to arouse their worry at all!!"

Still, his hushed self accusations didn't escape from Lan Wangji's ears as declared firmly, "Not my airén's fault."

"But still-" Hua Ying decisively stopped himself from continuing any further when he noticed the warning glare his beloved sent his way. With an awkward smile, he hurriedly scrambled out of the bedchamber, muttering something about wanting to find his two hot-headed uncles to ask them to accompany him.

The moment General Xuan Zhen finished drawing the distance shortening array and feed it his spiritual energy to activate it, Hua Ying kicked the door open with a loud 'bang' in a such hurry that it took the people on both sides some quality time to process exactly what happened there. It's only after Hua Ying's small figure dashed across the huge hall to 'attack' the heavenly emperor with a bare hug that most of them came out of their stupor.

Unexpectedly for most of the people at present, the attack not only was not prevented but also welcomed with open arms and a warm smile from the couple who was about to go on a killing spree a moment ago.

"Baobei!" Xie Lian exclaimed enthusiastically as he lifted off his little bundle of joy from the floor; his burning anger being forgotten momentarily.

"You left without me... A-Ying is angry!!" Hua Ying pouted and puffed his cheeks angrily, refusing to acknowledge his mother's raining love. Unfortunately, his childish anger didn't get him the desired result as Xie Lian began to smooch his puffed cheeks all over as Hua Cheng playfully messed up his hair.

"You two! Stop bullying A-Ying!! Or else I'm going to ask A-Zhan and my kids to bully you back!!"

"Oh?" Hua Cheng amusedly raised an eyebrow at his pouting baby before glancing towards the still open door to the hall. There, just across the threshold stood the two generals going on and about one another's incompetence and failure to stop the crown prince from rushing across the 'danger' while the young Lan Wangji examined the entire hall with keen eyes.

"I thought his highness ordered you two to make sure of A-Ying's safety. No?" The moment Hua Cheng asked the question with a raised eyebrow, the two stopped their catfight and obediently crossed the threshold after Lan Wangji. The door closed behind them by itself, deactivating the distance shortening array.

"Apologies, Xuè Yǔ Tàn Huā!"

"Sorry. But Tài Zǐ Diànxià was in a hurry to meet his majesty."

"A-die..." The three spoke at the same time.

"A-Zhan! Come, come. Save your A-Ying from a-niang and a-die! They are bullying me..." It was Hua Ying who started whining, making grabby hands towards his beloved before anyone had the chance to say anything.

The members of Cang Qiong Mountain sect stared with bulging eyes and hanging jaws, trying their hardest to regulate their qi, so they wouldn't die of qi deviation due to the continuous shocks and dramas they had to witness through. But the family didn't paid a single mind towards any one of them as they indulged themselves in their own happy bubble.

"A-niang... It was you who attacked wàipó first. You can't blame them for 'attacking' you back now. Can you?" Raising his voice for the first time since they came, Hua Lijun accused playfully, earning a dramatic cry from his mother and a warning glare from his father.

"Copy the rules two hundred times when we go back." Lan Wangji stated coldly.

"Pfft... Serves you right!" Hua Xuanyu exclaimed through his crackling laughter as their other three siblings shook their heads in amusement. Then Hua Shizui advised his brother out of sympathy so he wouldn't make the same mistake again; "Don't talk against whatever a-niang is doing or saying in front of a-die unless you want punishment."

Hua Lijun all but whined like a kid robbed of candy, "That's unfair..."

"It's not, little guy. You'll learn why once you yourself fell in love." It was Madam Wei who consoled the pouting six year old with a soft pat on his shoulder.

"Cangse āyí!" Hua Ying squealed happily when he noticed the lady, but he wasn't comfortable enough to leave his mother's warmth to hug the lady in the presence of his supposed adoptive family and their sect members.

"Hello, little Yingying! It's been a long time I've last seen you..." With a blinding smile, Cangse Sanren waved at her 'son' as her husband came forward to greet the child with a warm smile.

"Mn. It is. A-Ying is sorry that he wasn't able to visit you after everything but A-Ying promise that he will come to see Cangse āyí, Wei shushu and Zǔmǔ* with his family very soon. Okay?" Hua Ying promised very seriously. However, his childlike appearance only made him look cute and adorable, not serious and responsible. But no one cared to mention that to him and just ravished in his childish charm. Still, someone had enough courage to ruin the moment and direct the conversation back to the main topic with the question of Hua Ying's identity.

"Oh? How rude of me!" Hua Ying gasped, dramatically placing a hand upon his chest before twisting and turning in his mother's grasp so he could look at the crowd better. Then he began explaining; "Apologies for this one's rudeness. It was just that I couldn't find my mother when I woke up and got worried. So I forgot all the manners when I saw him again. Anyways... This one is Hua Ying, courtesy Xianle; the son of the flower crown martial god, his highness the heavenly emperor Xie Lian and the supreme ghost king, the Crimson Rain Sought Flower Hua Cheng. I have been recognized under many titles including Yiling Laozu, the crown prince of the three realms, Madam Lan, the calamity of death and misery, Scarlet Spider Lily and recently as the Solar Supreme. However, you all may know me as the seventh heir to the Luo family, Luo Xianle... titled as Bǐ'ànhuā."

With that revelation, everyone fell silent for a good second before bursting into a huge uproar. And it only escalated the situation when Hua Ying shifted into his female form for a momentarily confirmation before changing back into his male form to comfortably snuggle into his mother's chest and settle there.
