First of all, I've received some feedback that this book is super duper slow burn and some want to drop or stop reading this. Again, for those who may have missed the note on the very first page, it explicitly states "SLOW BURN" and I have even emphasized the word "SLOW PACE" so don't expect something na mabagal na mabilis. I also used a detail-oriented to support my slow pacing narrative that helps me for more detailed and nuanced storytelling, with emphasis on setting and character interactions.

Dahan-dahan niyang inilagay ang hintuturo niya at naningkit pa ang mata, ramdam ko ang pag-aalangan niya na sabihin ang flavor na gusto niya

Lalapitan na sana siya ni Tracy nang pigilan ko. Alam ko kasing tuturuan niya si Lamour pero baka in a way na joke na naman

"Syobayi" dinig ko ang pagtawa nang mahihin ng katabi ko kaya siniko ko siya tiningnan nang masama

"Sorry, ang cute cute mo lang kasi Lamour. Sarap mong iuwi" natatawa pa ring sabi niya "Okay, Let's order strawberry ice cream" sigaw ni Tracy, natawa naman si Lamour dahil sa energy na binibigay ng kaibigan ko

"How about you Sir? What's your order Sir?" Tanong nung waiter na halatang kinikilig

"Chocolate almond please"

"Fan pala kayo ng almond Sir" baling ni Tracy kay Sir Haru Vin

"Almond and vanilla are my favorites" sagot ni Sir Haru at nakita ko ang pags-smirk ni Kael

Kahit na anim lang kami sa table, parang sobrang bigat nang dinadala ng lamesa dahil sa tensyon na naibibigay ng dalawang magpinsan. Kael and Sir Haru were seated directly across from each other, and every time Sir Haru spoke, Kael would respond with a sarcastic or a smug smirk, as if trying to provoke a reaction and making the atmosphere uncomfortable.
