"Naledi" He lowly says and I look up at him in anticipation. "Ngiyakuthanda" I clear my throat, looking back down at my fingers. "Look at me" He orders and I slowly look back up at him. He clasps both my hands in his.
"I'm sorry... For everything" He says more to himself. I dryly swallow and smiles- he genuinely smiles, looking down at me. I look away, hiding my heating face from him. "Uyazi ukuthi umuhle kanjani?" He whispers into my ear and I blush, biting my lower lip.
No, Minentle he's trying to lure you in again... So? It's working isn't it? Stop being paranoid and let him do his thing. I internally roll my eyes at my conscience. "I know" I snarkly reply.
His lips attach onto my jaw, slowly trailing down to my neck. I heavily breath in, closing my eyes. My teeth dig into my bottom lip, almost drawing blood. He pulls me onto his lap pressing his lips onto mine for a brief second before staring back into my eyes.
I find myself hypnotized by his orbs, not noticing his wandering his hands. He slowly unties my robe, sliding it off of my shoulders. I cup his face planting my lips on his. Next thing I know, clothes are flying around the room and he has me under him.

"Mama... Vuka" I feel tiny hands tapping my cheeks. "Luzuko, this is abuse. Can I please sleep in peace?" I open on eye. "Baba's going to burn down your kitchen" He informs me. "What is he doing in my kitchen?"
"He's trying to make breakfast, He can't cook" He complains and I smile. "I know" I peck his cheek. "Can I go back to sleep now?" I squint my eyes. "Okay, but hury up" He rests his head on my chest. "Aren't you going to go?". "No... I'm fine" He mutters and I let sleep take over me.
"Themba lami" Yoh, hhayi. I swear I only fell asleep for a second. Luzuko's now gone so I sit up, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. "What do you want? Is my kitchen okay?" I clear my throat.
"Who told you about the kitchen?... I made you breakfast" He places the tray on my lap. "Ha, Samkelo the lies. You ordered this from mugg and bean" I accuse him. "I spent three hours cooking that for you, I'm not lying"
"Oho. Thank you" I know he's lying. "Baba!" Khanya runs in. "Liya, come here" I motion and she complies. "Did you help your dad cook?" She places her hands on her mouth nodding. "Really? What'd you two make?"
"NOTHING! The guy on the bike brought the food" She blurts out. "Sorry" She looks up at a sulking Samkelo. "Do you want some?" She gives me a duh look before getting into bed and digging in. I head to the bathroom, getting ready only to return to a clean bedroom and already made bed.
"Thank you for breakfast" I mock him and he chuckles, pulling me into his arms. Don't give into temptation Minentle... I wrap my arms around his neck. "I tried didn't I?" He smirks. "You almost burnt down my kitchen" I roll my eyes at him.
"About last night" I clear my throat. "What about last night?" He rubs soothing circles on my waist using his thumb. "D-Do you regret it?" I stumble upon my words. "No, That was me showing you how much I love you Naledi"
I look down, biting my lower lip to contain my smile. "I love you too" I mirmer and he pecks my lips. "I'm sorry" He adds. "What are you sorry for?" His grip tightens around me. He clears his throat, "I'll explain everything when the time is right"
"You're starting to worry me Samkelo... What's going on?"I try getting away from him but he keeps his hands around me. "Ngiyakuthanda yezwa?" He's trying to distract me... And it's working well in his favour. "I love you too"
"Ngithe ngiyakuthanda Naledi" He repeats. "Hawu, Le nna kea go rata Samkelo" I raise my voice aittoe louder so he can hear me. "Naledi... Ngiyakuthanda" He slowly says- Ohhhhh. "Nami Ngiyakuthanda" I struggle to say and he starts laughing.
"Mara I tried" I shove him away from me. "You did pretty well" He pecks my lips multiple times. "I have a good teacher don't I?" I pull him in closer, deepening the kiss. "Mamaaaa!" I quickly pull away from him. "Ke eng?!" I shout back. "Can you please come here!"
I sigh turning to Samkelo who's looking pissed. I get on my toes, pecking his lips. I turn to walk out but feel his palm on my ass. I hiss, glaring at him but he only winks. I continue my journey to their room and I walk in to fi- "What did you do to my walls?" I look at the now colourful wall woh abstract lines.
"It wasn't me it was these two" Liyema points out as he waddles towards me. I pick him uo, securing him on my waist. "Samkelo!" I call out and he walks in a few minutes later. "Yini?"
"Talk to your children" I walk out, taking Liyema with me. "Have you eaten?" I ask and he nods, keeping his head on my shoulder. "Good now tell me what happened to your arm" I place him on the kitchen counter.
"I fell off the bed when I was sleeping and hit my hand on the nightstand" Such a colourful imagination for a liar. "Liyema, Do you want me to beat you and your father?" I ask. "No" He mutters in response. "Then start talking"
I sigh when he remains silent with his mouth put up in a scowl. I pick him up, placing kisses all over his face and he's now all giggles and laughter. "You'll tell me when you're ready, okay?" He nods, clutching onto my shirt.
I walk back into their room to find those two struggling to scrub the wall and Samkelo's nowhere to be seen. "And then?" I look down in amusement. "We had to choose between getting beaten of washing it off" I nod placing Liyema down and heading back to my room.
"Where are you going?" He's putting his watch on. "Have you seen my gun anywhere here?" He's frantically searching for it. "What'd I say about bringing guns into my house Samkelo? Now you've lost it? What if one of the kids finds it?" He ignores me, turning the room upside down.
He frustratedly sighs, rubbing his head. "Let's go" He grabs my stuff. "Where? Where are you taking me?" He ignores me and walks towards the door, dragging me along. "Samkelo" I struggle as he puts me into the car, locking it.
He goes back into house and returns with the triplets. He puts them into the car and we silently drive off.
