With your back pressed against the door, you breathed heavily in and out before gripping the handle of your bag on your shoulder and walking away from the direction of the door.
It was so stressful in there that you had to bite your lip to stop yourself from saying anything you would surely regret.
You shook your head and walked out of the building. This night was beyond crazy and dramatic, so getting out of here was your main priority at the moment.
At that point, you were cursing yourself for acting a fool back in there. Maybe you were seen as impatient and immature by them. That's something you had never intended to happen in the first place and will most likely impact your work life.
It was stupid, to say the least, but you were growing more and more curious with every second that passed.
It didn't matter anymore, you thought to yourself.

"You arrived back late," Jiyeon remarked and you rolled your eyes. You currently weren't in the mood to have a pointless conversation with her.
"Yeah it was getting too much so I came back." You explained while hanging up your coat on the coat rack.
"How come?" She asked you and walked a couple of steps towards you.
"One of my coworkers has something against me and I don't know why. Also, I've found out that everyone else was invited be an invitation, and I was invited by the manager's sister himself." You began, Jiyeon looked intrigued and wanted to hear more.
"Then, when I asked him why his sister only invited me herself he said because he told her to. It's all so confusing..." You continued and Jiyeon slapped her hand over her mouth in a dramatic effect.
"I can't believe this..."
"It isn't that hard to believe I don't understand-."
Out of nowhere, Jiyeon dragged me by my wrist and sat me down on the sofa.
"Tell me everything from start to finish."
"Seriously everything? Jiyeon I'm tired." You groaned and then yawned with your hand covering your mouth.
The time was currently 7:30 PM and you had barely slept a wink that night. All you wanted to do was sleep and get your mind off of things.
"That isn't the point. You already told me so now I want to know more. Is that so bad?" She grimaced and you side eyed her with your arms crossed not facing her.
"And I said I'm tired." You then grimaced back at her, already feeling the consequences of my actions from earlier.
Jiyeon pouted and looked away from you, not speaking a word to try and make you realize how angry and betrayed she felt. But you knew she was just being her same dramatic self as always.
You: Jiyeon stop being so dramatic.
Jiyeon: I'm not! You know I love hearing the new drama...
You: And I'll tell you just give me some time.
Jiyeon: Wait really? You will?!
You: Of course, I will. But I'm hungry... Did you make food?
Jiyeon: Yeah I did. I'll go get it and shout Jungkook downstairs.
