Before all of this happened, Eve dreamed that she and her husband Dan had rented a hotel room. Eve was pleased to find herself within a large luxurious suite. Dan then took her to a movie that didn’t make any sense to her. For some reason, she could not figure out what was happening in the story-line. Dan kept repeating “well isn’t it obvious?” This only frustrated her more. She began to feel stupid because it was as though she should understand the story. When they arrived at the hotel lobby, Dan informed her that he had checked out. Eve, who already felt morose and confused, was only further perplexed. She began to panic. She had coveted their suite and could not comprehend why he would let go of a room of such quality that required not much more investment than a regular room. She pointed out all of the advantages and perks of the room to Dan, who reluctantly changed his mind. They tried to check back into the same suite, only to find it was available but at a much greater price.
