haiden woke up in the same place she must have fallen asleep in last night, the side of her window.
she had no intentions of sleeping there, nor does she remember putting her cigarette out and finding a blanket for herself, she rubbed her eye gently as she admired the views outside her window. the clock read 9:39am, everyone still sound asleep throughout the apartment... haiden slipped on her favourite cow slippers before heading to make herself, and the rest of the group, a nice cup of coffee.

she made her way outside, sitting down on the front steps of her apartment as she took small sips of her coffee, she'd always been a people watcher. there's truly nothing more entertaining than watching the crowd walk the streets in the early hours trying to guess what thoughts were running through their mind.
what music where they listening too? what had they planned for their upcoming day?

her phone buzzed, on her lap as she placed her coffee down beside her

haiden simply liked the posted, sharing it to her story before heading off back inside. she heard laughs and conversations from behind the door, majority of her friends now awake along with the boys.

"you're up early" nav smiled, looking over at haiden

"yeah" she smiled softly "just had a hard time sleeping that's all" she shrugged

"well any plans for the day?" spencer mumbled, her mouth full of toast, offering slices to the group

"just the studio i think... finishing up a couple more songs" josh sighed, making himself at home on navaeh's and haiden's couch
haiden finished off her coffee, placing the cup down on the side table as she leaned against the wall, she noticed elijah shuffle himself closer to her, offering her a small but soft smile as she leant into his side, yawning slightly to herself, the group talking amongst themselves

her and elijah started up their own little conversation, relentlessly teasing each other about who smelt the worst. their friends knew there was something going on between them, it was obvious to everyone but them two.

Around 2pm, everyone started saying their goodbyes. hugs were exchanged as ola and spencer left, the boys following behind...
elijah and haiden hugged a little longer, she enjoyed whatever cologne he used and he enjoyed holding her close, placing a soft kiss to her forehead

"see you soon?" he mumbled, brushing her hair behind her ear

she smiled up at him and nodded, patting his chest playfully "see you soon, eli"
he smiled to himself and fixed his hair slightly, before following his band mates out the door

inhaler finally made it to their practise, even if they were running a few minutes behind.
each of them setting up in their designated areas, discussing the possibility of a soon-coming tour

"i think it'd be a good idea, surely we should tour a few months after the albums released right?" ryan queried, raising his eyebrow at the lads as he sat down

"that makes more sense... albums being released tomorrow so we can discuss it with management" eli nodded

"we could start with a small europe tour? if things progress i say we add more shows around the world" josh suggested, plucking a few notes on his guitar as the band agreed

"and we still have to discuss setlist, openers, all that shit" bobby mentioned, adjusting the sunglasses he'd stolen from spencer

the lads continued to discuss it amongst each other, playing a few songs and fucking around as usual. they truly were living the dream, and yet they never thought they'd make it this big.
Elijah constantly worried that their fame would be due to who his father was, and that would be the downfall of his mates, his brothers.

as they each took a break inbetween songs, elijah checked his phone slightly disappointed that haiden hadn't messaged since they left... and that disappointment evidently sat on his face

"you alright mate?" ryan asked, keeping his voice quiet as bobby and josh talked amongst themselves

"yeah, yeah" eli hummed and nodded "why wouldn't i be?"

"sure it's cause a certain little lady hasn't messaged?" ryan smirked, questioning his poor band mate

"no! no of course not, why would that bother me eh? she's a mate" he smiled as he tuned his guitar

"you know, it's obvious what's going on between you two fuckers"

"not obvious enough if she can't see that i fancy her, eh?" elijah laughed, putting his guitar down and leaving the conversation "just going out for a cig lads" he called, walking out of the room leaving the three boys alone

"did he just say he fancies haiden?" josh asked

"the lads practically in love with her, come on" bobby scoffed, shaking his head

Eli noticed the notification pop up on his phone, yes he has haidens post notifs on, so what?

He couldn't help but admire her, not only the way she looked but her persona, and confidence. he felt like a teenage boy again, a giddy feeling inside his chest and a blush up on his cheek as he looked at her
He had to mess it up with a drunken kiss, but he couldn't help and wonder if maybe she wanted to pursue him too?
he closed up his phone and finished off his cigarette, shaking the haiden from his head as he leant back against the railing.
He decided to grow a pair of balls and sent her a message replying to her story

but no response, no flirtatious reply or witty remark like she usually did. unusual
