As the week progressed, Friday finally arrived. True to form, the Golden Eagles emerged triumphant, securing yet another win for their team. The outcome wasn't surprising to anyone, the sense of joy and pride filling the air. Izzy couldn't help but bask in the glow of the compliments she received for her standout performance, particularly for the goal she scored.

Beside her, Maya whooped and cheered, her arm wrapped around Izzy. "Now it's time to celebrate!" she exclaimed, her excitement contagious to Izzy.

Izzy chuckled at her friend, knowing full well that Maya's idea of celebration likely meant drinking a lot. But as she reached for her phone, a sudden buzz in her pocket interrupted her train of thought.

"What the hell?"  Izzy muttered under her breath as she looked at her phone, her brows furrowing in confusion. Maya leaned in, peering over Izzy's shoulder with curiosity. "What's up?"

Izzy's scowl deepened as she stared at her phone screen, frustration evident in her voice. "What the hell is Walker doing in my account?" She grumbled, annoyed by the unwelcome intrusion into her privacy. But it wasn't exactly private considering it was a public account, but still. It seemed like no matter what she did, CC always managed to find a way to insert herself into Izzy's life. "Look." Izzy showed Maya a notification saying 'Walker10_ liked your post'.

Maya's eyes widened in surprise as she read the notification. "Seriously?" She exclaimed, a mixture of disbelief. She grabbed Izzy's phone to inspect it more. "Wait," She laughed. "She took her like back."

Izzy grumbled under her breath, feeling irritated and confused by CC's actions as she took her phone back

"One thing's for sure. She's definitely got some weird obsession with you." Maya shrugged, her amusement evident in her voice.

"Walker is probably doing this on purpose." Izzy replied, making her account private. She was not gonna let CC continue her stalking session.

"Oh, no no no." CC freaked out, quickly messing around with her phone.

"Woah, what's up CC?" Ava joined beside her, wondering what her friend was freaking out about.

CC let her head fall onto the counter, frustration evident in her posture. "Kill me now." She muttered, her voice muffled against the surface. Ava curiously picked up CC's phone which had been left on the counter. Her eyes widened in surprise as she saw the accidental like CC had given to one of Izzy's Instagram posts.

Ava winced sympathetically, understanding the seriousness of the situation. She glanced at CC, her expression a mixture of concern and amusement. "Well, that's awkward," she commented, trying to lighten the mood.

CC groaned, lifting her head from the counter to shoot Ava a withering glare. "You think?" She replied sarcastically, feeling mortified by her mistake.

Ava couldn't help but chuckle at CC's reaction, finding the whole situation somewhat amusing despite CC's obvious distress. "Don't worry, I'm sure Izzy won't even notice." she reassured, offering her friend a small smile of encouragement.

CC sighed heavily, running a hand through her hair in frustration. "Yeah, right." She muttered, feeling a sinking sensation in the pit of her stomach. The last thing she needed was for Izzy to catch wind of her accidental like and think she was stalking her.

CC's hand shot out to snatch her phone back from Ava, her heart pounding in her chest as she quickly checked the app. Her eyes widened in worry as she saw Izzy's account was now set to private. A sense of panic washed over her.

She had hoped that Izzy wouldn't notice, but now it was clear that she had been caught red handed. The thought of Izzy knowing that she had been lurking on her social media filled CC with embarrassment and dread.

Ava watched CC's reaction with concern, sensing her friend's distress. "What's wrong?" she asked, noticing the change in CC's demeanor.

CC let out a frustrated sigh, her fingers tightening around her phone. "Izzy made her account private," she muttered, her voice filled with disappointment.

"Why don't we... make you forget about this by going to a party?" Ava chuckled nervously, softly punching her friend on the arm.
