Chapter Fifty Three

Third person's pov-
The brothers stared at their sister in bewilderment, not able to believe what was right in front of their eyes

"How is this possible?" Leonardo breathed out heavily

"I already knew" Alessandro said, shocking everybody, including Gabriella

"What?" She asked in shock

"I may not speak alot but it doesn't mean I'm dumb bambina. Every time you snuck out of the house, I saw you. You aren't that sneaky, I also heard your conversations with Dom" he explained with a shrug

"And you didn't tell me?!" Antonio flared

"Not my secret to share" Alessandro said, he seemed unfazed by Antonio's heated gaze

"Wait I'm sorry did you say Domenico also knew?" Emilio asked, his hand still placed on his bleeding cheek

Domenico looked around the room with a sheepish look on his face, he casted Gabriella a slightly worried look and moved closer to her

"Well I didn't know at first. I only figured it out just a couple of days ago, and I gave her my full support" he justified

"You guys knew this and didn't even think to tell me? I'm her fuckin guardian, you tell me, what if something were to happen to her?" Antonio lashed out and Dom bowed his head, looking guilty

"Nothing happened to me so leave him alone" Gabriella answered back as she held Domenico's hand tightly

"What-"

"Calm down Antonio. I would have told you the instant I felt like she was in danger" Alessandro said as he placed his hand on Antonio's shoulder

Antonio's gaze met that of Gabriella's and he sighed heavily. The thought of something happening to her because of her work frightened him, he lost her once and he was determined to not lose her again

"You have to quit your job as an assassin. You will no longer be going on any missions from now on" Emilio spoke in a hard tone and Gabriella turned her gaze to him

"Can I punch him?" Stephano asked as he moved closer to Emilio but was held back by Leonardo

"You are sick in the head if you think that I will listen to you of all people" she stated

"Do you hear how she speaks to me?" Emilio asked Antonio who had been quiet ever since

"You need to watch your words Emilio. Right now I am not your sister but Ace and believe me when I say that I won't hesitate to slit your throat if you say anything disrespectful to me again so I suggest you watch your mouth" Gabriella said in a grave tone, her eyes trained on him the entire time

Emilio lowered his gaze when he heard the tone she used on him. At the moment all he wanted was to get away from her and that's exactly what he did

"The only person's opinion I care about right now is Antonio's" she said and Antonio finally opened his mouth

"Would you listen to me if I told you to stop?" He asked

"No" she said with a slight smile

"Then you have my support. Anything to make you happy, just please don't sneak out. Tell any one of us if you have a mission and we will provide you with whatever you need" he said and pulled her into a warm and comforting hug

"Well this went better than I expected" Domenico commented and Antonio glared at him

"Shut the hell up" Antonio commented

"How are we gonna tell the others at home?" Leonardo asked

"I have an idea" Alessandro said

Gabriella's pov-
I pulled the hood over my face again as I walked into the house through the front door, I made sure to make as much noise as possible

"Guys I think they're home!" I heard Xavier yell from upstairs

The lights were off so as they came down, they didn't see me standing close to the door with fake blood dripping from my body onto the floor

"I can't see shit" Xander said in frustration

"Then turn the fuckin lights on idiot" Matteo commented from behind him

"I know- BLOODY HELL!" Xander screamed as he turned the lights on

"G-GUYS THAT'S FUCKIN ACE!" Xavier screamed in fright

"PLEASE DON'T KILL ME. YOU CAN HAVE XANDER JUST LEAVE ME ALONE" Matteo yelled and Xander glared at him

"Matteo get the hell out of here and call Antonio. Go with him Xavier" Xander said firmly

"You're my twin I'm not leaving you with this blood sucking monster. He'll kill you" Xavier said as he clutched Xander's arm tightly

This is actually entertaining. I can't wait for their reaction

"If I'm gonna die then I'd rather die by the coolest person in the world" Xander joked but I could see the fear in his eyes

I moved closer to frighten them the more and Xander pushed Xavier behind him immediately and glared at me in hostility

"Get out of here and get help Xavier!" He yelled at his twin and Xavier reluctantly let go of him and ran with Matteo

"You can kill me but leave my younger brothers out of this" he said coldly and I attacked him

I punched him in the jaw as lightly as I could so he'd only get just a little bruise. I let him get more hits in because I didn't want to hurt him

He punched me in the guts and I pushed him to the floor. I pulled out the fake gun and pointed it at his head, he closed his eyes tightly as if he already accepted his faith

I took my hood off and motioned for the others to come out from their hiding spots. After a few seconds, Xander opened his eyes as if confused as to why I haven't shot him yet

As his eyes met mine, they widened and his mouth fell open in surprise

"Bambina? How the fuck? What the fuck is going on?!" He asked as he looked around and saw our older brothers smirking at him

I got off him and helped him up. He still looked to be in shock and I motioned for him to call the other two down

"Matteo, Xavier come down right now!" He called out and after some time, they both hesitantly came down holding each other tightly in fright

"Xander oh thank God you're fine. I thought something happened to you" Xavier said in relief as he rushed to hug his twin

"Where is Ace?" Xavier asked and Xander nodded his head my way

"What do you mean? She can't be right? Our bambina is THE Ace?" Xavier asked, having the same reaction as his twin

"Is this why you guys weren't picking up? This actually scared the hell out of me. Bambina how exactly are you Ace, it doesn't make sense, you're a fifteen year old girl" Matteo commented

"I wanted to tell you guys normally. It was Alessandro's idea to do this" I said and all three of them glared at Alessandro who smirked in return

"I'm proud of you Xander. Even though you were scared, you showed extreme bravery and protected your brothers. You did well" Antonio said and ruffled Xander's hair and the latter responded with a small smile

"Yeah that was impressive. We need that kind of behavior in the mafia" Dom said and Xander smiled gleefully

"Yeah you're growing up so fast" Stephano commented with a teasing grin and Xander narrowed his gaze at him

"Alright it's story time. Gabriella will tell us just how she became Ace"
