Meanwhile Vision was at the woods as he was looking around until he heard footsteps as he turned around and saw Ultron as both of them began speaking to each other.

Vision: I suppose we're both disappointments.
Ultron: [Chuckles]. . . . . . I suppose we are.
Vision: Humans are odd. They think order and chaos are somehow opposites, and try to control what won't be. But there is grace in their failings. I think you missed that.
Ultron: They're doomed.
Vision: Yes. But a thing isn't beautiful because it lasts. It's a privilege to be among them.
Ultron: You're unbearably naive.
Vision: Well, I was born yesterday.
Ultron was gonna attack him until Vision used the mind stone and fired a powerful energy beam which completely disintegrated the villain as silence was heard around the area.

The Avengers Compound was a Stark Industries warehouse renovated by Tony Stark to become the Avengers' primary base of operations following the battle with Ultron.
