The Churchill is an old rusted ship in an area off the coast of South Africa nicknamed the Salvage Yard that serves as Ulysses Klaue's base of operations.
Inside the Salvage Yard showed many mercenaries moving some crates towards the containers while others were checking out the new weapons and other equipment. There was an office on the upper level as someone was inside the office and was on the telephone with someone.

Ulysses Klaue is an international criminal and underground black-market arms dealer. In 1992, Klaue had been recruited by N'Jobu to steal a stockpile of vibranium from Wakanda in order to aid N'Jobu in causing a revolution. While Klaue managed to escape with the stockpile, he received a brand on his neck from the Wakandans.
Ulysses: Don't tell me your man swindled you. I sent you six short range heat seekers and got a boat full of rusted parts. Now, you will make it right or the next missile I send you will come very much faster.
He disconnected the call and connected to another call as he was gonna say something until the lights in the salvage yard went off and all the mercenaries were confused by what was going on.
Soon Ulysses heard footsteps as he turned around and saw Wanda, Daikon and Pietro entering the office as Klaue smiled at them and began speaking to them.
Ulysses: The enhanced. Strucker's prize pupils. Want a candy? Oh, sorry to hear about Strucker. . . . But then again, he knew what kind of world he was helping create. Human life, not a growth market.
Wanda, Daikon and Pietro looked at each other as Klaue had a smile on his face and continued speaking to them.
Ulysses: You didn't know? Is this your first time intimidating someone? I'm afraid that I'm not that afraid.
Wanda: Everybody's afraid of something.
Ulysses: [Smiles]. . .Cuttlefish. Deep sea fish. They make lights. disco lights. Whoom, whoom, whoom! to hypnotize their prey, then whoom! I saw a documentary, it was terrifying.
Daikon knew what trick Ulysses was on as he smiled at him and said something to him.
Daikon: Any of those tricks aren't gonna work, Klaue. . . . . . Your just delaying the inevitable.
