Juliette
Everything felt warm.
That's unusual.
There hasn't been a single day in hell where I've been warm...
My body feels like it weighs a thousand pounds.
It was like I was swimming through molasses, or some other thick substance that I just couldn't even move my arms through.
I could hear something happening around me, my eyes blinking slowly as I looked up at the bright lights.
Is it over yet?
Can I go home now?
There was a loud crash, and the sound of yelling and a few of the girls screamed.
I couldn't lift my head to see what was happening, and the world already felt like it was spinning enough as it is.
Valentino is probably just throwing a tantrum...
Wait, no.
Valentino is on top of me... so that's not right.
I couldn't even feel his hand around my throat, but I could see that he had moved off of me just slightly to look at whatever was happening.
My fingers twitched, then, as I started to regain a bit of feeling. That familiar chill returned very slowly, and I didn't realize I'd ever be so happy to feel cold again.
They kept shoving that liquid down my throat every five minutes because even though I was already drugged, I kept fighting against Valentino and anyone else that tried to touch me.
He'd only just gotten me onto the bed finally when all this commotion started.
The voices were muffled, but as the feeling came back to my hands and face, I could feel static dancing across my skin.
Vox?
No... wrong again. Vox's static isn't this thick, it's more prickly.
My eyes widened slightly and my lips parted when it dawned on me who must be here...
Why is he here?
How did he know where I was?
Did the news spread that fast?
