The Fight for Justice!!

The next Morning, everyone quickly freshened up and were sitting in the hall. Monami was visibly worried.
Karan and Janhavi held her hands from either side and assured her through their eyes that everything is going to be fine . Monami too nodded and smiled  . They immediately left for the court and were in front of the court in about 40 minutes.

Deepak Mahajan, Abhyansh Malhotra aur Aneesh Malhotra were brought by the police. They entered the court. Deepak was staring at Monami which had made Monami nervous but Karan held her hand and rubbed his thumb over it. Col. Vijay observed that so he went and stood in front of Monami, and stared angryly into Deepak's eyes. Looking at Col.Vijay , Deepak was shocked . He started sweating badly and all the colours of his face were drained.

Deepak along with Aneesh and Abhyansh went away to their side while Moran along with Janhavi, Col.Vijay, SidSa ,Koezi, Zui ,Bharkha and  Batra couple went to their side.

The judge arrived and Aditya who was going to fight the case on behalf of Monami,  went to the judge and handed over all the proofs. The judge went through everything .he then asked both the lawyers to start the case.

The opposition lawyer who asked Monami to come into the witness box. Monami nervously walked and stood over it.

Lawyer: Toh bataiye Monami ki aapka aur Deepak Mahajan ka kya rishta hain ?!

Monami: Judge saab, Dr.Deepak Mahajan sirf aur sirf mere biological father hain. Unhone kabhi bhi mujhe apni beti ki tarah treat nahi kiya hain.  Jab meri Maa Major Dr.Juhi Mahajan shaheed hui thhi tabse unhone mujhe sirf aur sirf ek mohre ki tarah mera istemaal kiya hain taaki unhe bahut paise mile aur apni jhooti shaan kamaye.

Lawyer : Kya aap bata sakti hain ki aise kya kiya hain unhone jisse aap unhe doshi tehrarahi hain.

Monami: Judge Saab,  meri shaadi Lit.Col.Karan Shergill ke saath bhi ek saazish thhi kyunki unhe Shergill Hospital ke saare shares apne naam karwana thha.  Pagphere ke din unhone mere haath mein ek file thamayi thhi . Unhone kaha thha ki mujhe apni Maa, yaani ki Janhavi Shergill aur apne pati Karan Shergill ke signatures unn papers par karana thha.  Maine manna kardiya kyunki main kissi aur ko dhoka nahi de sakti hoon to unhone mujhe ek zordaar thappad maara lekin mere pati, Karan ne sab dekh liya aur unhe sab samaj mein aagaya.  Thode din baad unhone Shergill Hospital mein ek Board Meeting rakhi thhi jisse woh chhal se saare shares apne naam karsake lekin, ussdin unhone meri Maa Janhavi aur Mere pati Karan ka bahut galat baat kahi thhi aur mere sabr ka baand tut gaya. Maine saare shares apne naam kardiye woh papers sign karke aur agar aap chahe toh uss din ki CCTV footage aapko pen drive mein submit kiya jaa sakta hain. 

The judge nodded and Aditya presented the pen drive to the judge. The judge then played the entire recording in the court . Deepak's face had turned pale .

The judge then asked Aditya to cross examine Deepak .

Aditya : Toh bataiye Dr.Deepak aapne Aneesh ko Parakram SAF bheja thha?!

Deepak: Haan maine bheja thha, kyunki main chahata thha ki Karna aur Monami ke beech duriyaan paida kar ke, main undono ka divorce kardunga. Uske baad main Monami ki shaadi Aneesh ke saath karwata taki mujhe Malhotra hospitals mein bahut saare shares khareed sakta aur mujhe dugna paisa milta lekin Aneesh ki ek galti ki wajese mere pure plan par pani fer gaya. Agar uss party mein Aneesh ne Monami ko molest karne ki koshish nahi ki hoti toh ab tak, main ek crorepati ban jaata. 

Hearing all this ,Monami felt shocked while Karan fisted his hands in anger , but he had to calm himself for Monami as he knew she needed him the most right now.

Aditya then called Aneesh,

Aditya: Toh Dr.Aneesh kya aap court mein bata sakte hain aap Monami ko kab se jaante hain aur aapne Karan ko drug kyu kiya thha??!

Aneesh: Monami mere saath meri batchmate thhi. Woh kisise baat nahi karti thhi aur hamare batch ki topper thhi. Main usse college ke din se bahut pasand karta thha lekin  hamne kabhi baat nahi ki thhi.
College ke baad koi contact nahi thha lekin 3 mahine pehle,  maine Monami ko dekha Mumbai mein jo Medical Seminar thha waha pe.  Par tab mujhe pata chala ki woh Shaadi Shuda hain. Phir maine socha main Dr.Deepak Mahajan se milu taaki main unhe bata saku ki main Monami ko haasil karna chahata hoon aur uske badle agar mujhe apne saare shares aur property Deepak Sir ko dene pade toh main woh bhi karne ke liye tayaar thha. Deepak Sir ne mujhe bataiya ki Monami ki shaadi Karan ke saath zabardasti hui thhi.  Fir hamne milkar ek plan banaya jisse ham Karan ko hamare raaste se hatakar aur Monami ko haasil kar sakte thhe. Maine academy mein post ke liye apply kiya aur phir maine dekha ki Monami aur Karan ek dusre se bahut pyaar karte hain.  Issliye,  maine usse drug kiya,jab who apni cabin se nikalta, main uske paani mein thoda drug milata thha lekin jisdin maine Monami ko molest karneki koshish ki, uske kucch dino baad, Karan ko pata chala ki maine woh sab kiya . Monami bahut dar gayi thhi aur uske baad shayad usne Karan me blood tests aur baaki saare tests karwaye taaki usse tassali mile. Tests mein unhe pata chala ki maine Karan ko drug karneki koshish ki.

Everyone in the court except for the trio  were startled while Monami was feeling really low and guilty . Tears started falling from her eyes .

The judge then who had seen all the proofs and video recordings declared that , Deepak, Abhyansh Malhotra and Aneesh Malhotra were guilty and charged them with life time imprisonment and also they had to compensate Moran for all the troubles . Deepak had to sign a few documents which said that all his property and Mahajan chain of hospitals now solely belonged to Monami, Deepak grudgingly signed it while Abhyansh and Aneesh's property was transferred to the government  . The trio were taken away with the Police while Monami had left the court silently without letting anyone know.

When everyone proceeded to leave the courtroom, Karan panicked on not finding Monami!
