"you alright?"

"no not realy i have such bad period cramps" i say knowing he won't want to ask any more questions about it "i'm gonna go to the bathroom to get some paracetamol then go to bed for another hour or two so i'll be late for school"

"oh alright then do you want me to tell mum?" he says nodding

"it's fine i'll go down and tell her" i walk downstairs and see my mum in the kitchen " mum have we got any paracetamol in the bathroom?" i question her
