3rd Person's POV:
Hana tossed and turned in her bed. She was having trouble sleeping and her mind constantly went to the event that happened today. Whenever she closed her eyes, she saw him- the invader's face, who made and eye contact with her. She felt that he was familiar. She felt that he smiled at her when they made the eye contact.
"Ugh, this is frustrating!" She sat up. "I swear I will go nuts just because of all this." She sighed. She stood up and walked to and fro in her room. "Why is it bothering me so much? These kinds of attacks on districts are normal right?" She mumbled to herself and looked at herself in the mirror. "But how do I know about this? I don't even remember anything before coming here. I don't even have my memories with me." She sighed. "Did they brainwash me or something?" She looked at herself again and thought.
Her thoughts were broken when she heard the knock on the door. "Who must be it?" She approached but stopped. "What if it is one of the invaders?" She stopped and put and ear on the door to listen to the other side. "Open the door, Hana. It's me." She stood straight at the familiar voice and slowly croaked open the door. "Minho?" She looked at the male who was now looking at her. "What are you doing here?" She asked him.
Minho ignored her question and invited himself inside her room. "Why are you still up?" He asked and plopped down on the bed. "I can't sleep." She answered and observed him, who was looking around the room. He layed back on her bed with his arms propping his upper body up. "Why?" He looked straight at her. "Today's incident kept bothering me." He tilted his head.
"You shouldn't be bothered. People are here to protect you." She looked at him. "But today Iseul mam got shot, didn't she?" "So, you are worried about her? Don't worry she is fine and so is everyone else. Now, tell me what the ACTUAL reason is that's bothering you?" He furrowed his eyebrows. "No, you won't get it." She said annoyed. "Why are you even here? I didn't know that trainers were allowed inside the trainees rooms." She crossed her arms over her chest and glared.
Minho smirked. "There is no such rule, and even if it was, I don't care." Hana sighed. "Okay, now leave. I'm feeling sleepy. I was just worried." "About me?" He pointed at himself, and Hana rolled her eyes. "As if. There are much more important people about whom I would worry. Since you said everyone is okay, so now I can sleep peacefully. Now leave." She ushed him and Minho stood up with a sigh.
"Remember, if anything happens, don't hesitate to tell me. And don't trust everyone around you completely. This place is full of lies. You can trust me all you want but do hesitate to trust others." He put a strand of hair behind her ear and went outside, closing the door.
Hana was frozen in her place. Why was he being so flirty towards her and caring? She turned around and went to her bed, plopping on it and soon drifted to her dreamland.
"Yah! Song Aera! I heard you like Ham. Have mine." Han cheekily said and put his own on her plate. Aera looked at him questioningly and so did the others. Hyunjin, Jeongin, Eunji, Hana, Heeji and Jiyeon looked at him questioningly. The three female seniors also started to sit with them, and the juniors were ecstatic to have the seniors by their side there.
"I like steak, not Ham." Aera said sheepishly and Han's smile faltered. Seungmin snorted beside him. His smile resurfaced and he looked at her again, then to his boys/assistants/minions. "BOYS! Get a full plate of steak for her." He said to them, and they all rushed to get the designated item and within three minutes, the table had plates full of a lot of steak. As if they had robbed the kitchen.
Aera eyed everything with wide mouth and her friends also did the same. "Is he heels over head for her?" Jeongin questioned and Hyunjin shrugged. "Seems like that." Aera blinked and looked at him again. "Now scoot. I am going to sit beside you." He said with a wide grin and sat beside her, making the poor Jeongin, who was at the end of the side, fall to the ground.
"At least give ME a warning." He rubbed his butt and stood up. Hyunjin gave him space to sit beside him and he sat there while glaring at the unbothered squirrel. "Why did you need so much space?" Heeji questioned with a scowl after making sure that the maknae was okay. "My friend needs to sit as well." He pointed at Seungmin, who had his arms crossed and was looking boredly at him.
"I'm not like you, idiot." He spat at him and then turned to the group. "If you guys don't mind, can me and my stupid friend sit here with all of you?" He politely asked and they welcomed him immediately with smiles, making Jisung frown. "But all of you were glaring at me when I sat here and ordered steaks for all of you." He said offended. "You were rude to the baby here and I am a vegetarian, so I don't eat steak, thank you very much." Heeji said and rolled her eyes.
"That's none of my business and I am here to impress Aera not you guys." He shrugged. "Why?" Hyunjin questioned and Jisung glared his way. "Isn't that obvious that I am trying to shoot my shot here, ferret?" He said and Hyunjin glared. "Who are you calling a ferret, you squirrel!" He shot back and Jisung smirked. "At least squirrels are cute." He teased him by showing his tongue. "But ferrets are cute too." Aera said and Jisung looked at her.
"So, I'm not cute?" He asked while showing his puppy eyes. "When did I said that?" Aera scowled. "What the hell even goes on, on this table?" They heard the familiar deep voice of the male and turned back. They saw Felix standing there with a deep frown and was eyeing the whole table. "Now which one of you did this?" He pointed at the table full of steak.
Hyunjin, not so innocently pointed at Jisung. "As expected from him." He sighed disappointed. "What was the need to even do that? There is a scarcity of steak in the kitchen at the moment. I don't think you guys can even eat all of the hundred steaks you ordered." He scowled and Jisung chuckled sheepishly. "You wanna join?" Felix glared and looked at the whole table.
"Look at the whole table full of musketeers." He said while making eye contact with each one of them. "Some are a pain in ass for the rank D trainers," he said while looking at Hana, Eunji, Jeongin and Hyunjin, "and some are for the rank A trainers," he looked at the remaining students except Seungmin, "and this one, whom we all thought was the brainiest one, is just like them." He looked at Seungmin sarcastically.
"Why are you being a bitch?" Jisung mumbled and Felix smacked his head. "Order your boys to take back all the steak that you can't eat to the kitchen. Did all of this but still can't impress the girl." He shook his head like a grandpa and left them. After a few minutes of silence, the group burst into laughter.
"Did you guys also thought what I thought?" Jiyeon giggled. "He looked like an angry chicken with a face like this, but his voice gives away." Heeji said while looking in the direction he went. "Anyways, boys, bring back the untouched food back to the kitchen." Jisung ordered his boys, and they did that they were told to. They all were being observed by someone from afar, who smiled at their antics but turned serious after a few seconds.
"Hyung? What happened?" Chan heard Changbin's voice. "Nothing. I was just observing Hyunjin and his friends. They all are one kind of a group." Changbin looked at them and saw all the students. "Hmm. They are. But what is suddenly up with Minho Hyung? Why is he being suddenly so close with Hana?" He questioned. Chan looked at him and then back at the girl.
"We need to ask him as soon as possible."
