3rd Person's POV:

~~~~~~~~ FLASHBACK ~~~~~~~~
Hana went to sleep after Minho went away. She was also very exhausted after the whole incident. First the morning training session, afternoon classes and then the incident in the evening when all the chaos happened, and the invaders came. Somehow, she couldn't seem to forget how that specific attacker who came into her training room and looked at her.
She was almost in deep sleep when she heard a knocking on her door. She drowsily looked at it and went to open it but hesitated. But her muscles soon relaxed when she heard the familiar voice of her trainer who was urging her to open the door with a weak voice. She opened the door and Minho stumbled inside with a knife pierced through his side.
"Minho? What the-" She worriedly looked at him and immediately closed the door before anyone else can see them. "What happened to you? You just went outside a few minutes ago!" She asked and helped him to lay on her bed. "Stop asking me questions and treat me instead." He hissed and she shook her head but still got up to treat him. She took the first aid kit and started to treat him.
"Shit! You need some stitching!" She worriedly said. "So, do it." Minho calmly said and Hana hesitated. "You don't know?" He asked and she looked at him hesitatingly. "On your records it was written that your parents were from the north wing, which means that they have taught you these small things, it's actually compulsory for the north wingers to teach their kids these things." He said and looked at her with squinted eyes. "Do you not remember anything about your past?"
Hana frowned and scoffed. "O-Of course, I know, silly. It's just that why can't you go to the north wing yourself and get treated from the best?" She asked and he shook his head. "I cannot go there due to some reasons." He looked down and then back at her. "So?" Hana gulped and took the needle and the string from the bow and started to clean his open wound.
After completing her work, she sanitized her hands and huffed at Minho. "So, I guessed right." Hana stopped and looked at him. "What?" Minho stared her with an unreadable face. "That you've lost your memories." Hana's eyes widened and she scowled. "What made you think like that?" Minho sighed and apologetically looked at her.
"You- you are not from the north wing." Hana's face fell and she blinked. Minho pressed his lips together into a thin line. "You are not even from this district, Hana." Her eyes wavered and she frantically looked around the room. "Huh?" "Yes." She took a deep breathe. "Then how do I know how to stitch?"
"Because you are District 7's leader's daughter. You were from the north wing and trained there only. But your father, he-" He sighed and closed his eyes. "He made you change your wing to the west wing and become an assassin. Your father was planning something very malicious, and he also made you and your siblings help him as well. You guys were against him so all of you joined the traitors secretly and started to work against him. But one day he discovered you. Only you."
"Then what?" Hana asked. "Then he decided to brainwash you. During your recovery period, a spy from this district, who was working under Mr. Park, inform him about this and you were kidnapped. After your recovery, you woke up here and he gave you a new identity. Although he didn't change the name, but he changed everything about you and made you a trainee here."
"And why are you telling me this?" She asked him while taking all of this. "Because I want to." Minho replied and Hana observed his face. "This is not the full thing, is it?" She asked and Minho sighed. "He also told me to keep an eye on you so that you don't gain your memories back." "So, why are you helping me?" She asked him and Minho opened his mouth but closed. "Tell me, please. Is there something? I am sure there's a reason."
"I am from District 7 too." Hana looked at him and blinked. "So, were you sent here by my father? Or by my siblings? Or someone I know?" Minho shook his head. "I am going to tell you something that no one else knows. Not even my brother and sister. Trust me and don't tell this to anyone else." Hana nodded understandingly. Minho sighed once again before speaking.
(A/N: Remember the present year is 2425.)
"My father, he was the general of Lower Hives, the most powerful city under District 7 back in 2410s. He was the right-hand man of the then leader, Mr. Kim Seojun. He led the city and was loved by a lot of people. But one day, in the year 2412, District 9 sent some invaders in our city. It was very unexpected and out of the blue. Both my parents and many other people were killed in that war. It seems like the mission of the invaders was to kill our parents and abduct me and my siblings.
Some others were killed as well, but none of the other kids were abducted, but only us. They sent us here to the research labs and brainwashed us, except the part that our parents were killed in a war. When we woke up, we were in a local hospital, and they informed us that we were injured during the war and let the three of us rot on the streets.
I tried to do some work for living but seems like all of this was planned and they approached us in the worst state of ours, for recruitment. I didn't have my memories at that time and decided to trust those government officials and although I wasn't legal, but I was the guardian of my siblings, so I did the biggest mistake and gave them my siblings too for training at such a young age.
We trained, learned and graduated as well and about four years ago, Mr. Chankyu, the leader of the divergents and a very well-known scientist of the south wing, called me suddenly. I went to him, and he told me everything about me and my family. I thought he was lying but he asked me the same questions I asked you earlier. Then I realized that I really did not remember a single thing not even the incident that took my parents away.
He told me that he found my memories in the memo bank and wants to give it back to me. I took the serum and I remembered each and every single detail of that day and days before that too. I told Mr. Chankyu to not tell anyone else about this and he complied but in return he wanted full security from me since he got to know that I joined the traitors for their secret mission. I promised him that and started to make Allies.
During one of the traitor missions, I met you and your brother. Since both of you were the leader's children, I thought you would report me to him, but to my surprise, both of you helped me to run away as well and I realized that not only our own district is corrupted, but the whole world is. I promised the both of you to help you whenever I got the chance to.
But I was shocked when I saw you here, completely clueless and lost. I drew a conclusion, either you were kidnapped like me, or you were here for a secret mission. But you couldn't even recognize me, so it was the other one. This is why I wasn't bothered when you punched me, but seeing how weak your punch was, I realized again that something was off.
Today, district 7 attacked on us to rescue their people. My team doesn't know about this yet, but I know it because the man earlier who entered was your brother, Jeon Jungkook. I didn't tie him that bad so as he can easily escape and so he did. But I didn't get a single chance to talk to him or ask anything. I decided to go to the South wing myself so that I can search for your memories but gave up because there was no record of your there."
"So, my memories are back in District 7?" Hana asked and Minho nodded. "Most probably." "And how did you get that?" She asked while pointing at his wound. "Umm, I may or may not ran into an ex-trainee from west wing who is now a scientist under South, Ryujin. She thought that I was some invader and attacked, but I managed to flip her off and run away." Hana sighed and rubbed her temple. "This is so much to take in." Minho looked at her and held her shoulders.
"But always remember that I am with you."
