3rd Person's POV:

As expected, Seungmin did ran into a staff, but the boy knew what to do and made the excuse he thought of.

"Your parents work here?" Seungmin nodded at Jackson's question. The older looked him up and down observing him. His gaze fell on his wristband, which told him that he was from the West wing, with the blue symbol of wolf. "Are you lying?" He shook his head. "You can check, sir. And if you do not remember, when that shooting incident happened, I was thought to be going towards the South wing as well. Must have been a talk within the trainers." Jackson remembered and nodded.

"But you should not wander around without anyone's permission. I heard a fire occurred in the training rooms, if there is an attendance going on, then you will be again reported missing. So, go back to your room now." While he was rambling and scolding Seungmin, he did not realize the presence of someone who sneaked behind him and injected him.

"Ah, General Wang is down. You got a good bait, my son." Dr. Kim sighed and motioned Ryujin to come out as well. "So, let's take him down from your lab and to Iseul. He will be out for about 6 hours and that time will be sufficient for Iseul and Hyunjin to rest and she can do whatever she wants to. We can leave a note for her, explaining everything to her." Dr. Kim nodded at her and then signaled Seungmin to leave to the dorms. "Take care both of you. All the best!"

Seungmin ran towards the dorms while keeping an eye out for the trainers. He did saw Chanmi and Mingyu, but none of them said anything to him because they had a hunch that he might be caught up when the fire incident happened and must have gone to visit his father. But however, he handed them a small note stating the plan his father came with for them to read later privately.

"For fucks sake, Kim Seungmin, I was dead worried!" Jisung shouted but was still hugging him. "Where were you?" He asked and Seungmin lazily layed down on his bed. "Went to visit my father to make up an excuse, but he came with a solution and now the plan is in flow." Jisung frowned. "What plan?" Seungmin explained everything to him, and his mouth fell agape. "You father is a genius." Seungmin chuckled. "Yup, that is why he was the wing head for 20 years."

Ryujin and Dr. Kim sighed after finally tying Jackson up. "Isn't he an information department general or something? Why he has so many muscles and is so heavy? Wasn't he supposed to be a nerd?" Ryujin said and cracked her head. "But not gonna lie, the IT department's men are actually really something." Dr. Kim chuckled. "I thought you were interested in Dr. Hwang?" Ryujin blinked.

"I-I mean, she is very attractive too. But can I just appreciate beautiful things peacefully?" She deadpanned and he just laughed. "West wing also has some fine men and women. The doctors from North wing are also beautiful." She drooled while thinking about them. "Come back to reality and go keep the note where Iseul is sleeping." Ryujin nodded and left the room.

She entered the room where Iseul was and saw the girl sleeping peacefully covered with the duvet. She kept the note on the side table and looked at her. She sighed when she saw traces of dried tears and went to sit beside her. She gently caressed her hair while mumbling. "I know what you are going through, Iseul. But I also know that you will succeed in everything you are doing. I trust you, all the divergents do." She smiled and went outside the room, closing it.

Her gaze fell on the room where Hyunjin was and saw it was open a bit. She peeked and saw Mr. Kim observing the sleeping boy. When her gaze fell on him, she realized how disheveled he himself looked. Drool on his lips, hair looking like a bird's nest, mouth wide open, arms and legs spread wide on the bed, with a duvet barely covering him as it was thrown to the sidewards. It looked like it was his first time sleeping after hundreds of years and after being in wars for over hundreds of times. She chuckled and knocked on the room's door, gaining Dr. Kim's attention.
