"Year 2060. This is year when things started to go downhill pretty badly for Earth. The global warming was killing the earth by heating, water resources were reducing, except the ocean water, which was not consumable at that time, the flora and fauna was dying, the world was going through internal crisis, population was exploding, natural resources were decreasing, the ozone layer was depleting and most importantly, the earth was dying a painful death.

Natural disasters like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, drought, food shortage, pandemics, etc. were too much frequent. During the period from 2070-2150, there was a sudden drop in the population due the disastrous state the poor earth and its people were going through. There were sudden world wars, between different countries, for power and food as well, which was one of the reasons too that contributed to this change.

During the 2190s, the organization, UN gave up since the things went pretty bad and many countries were opposing them and saying that they were being partial. That was the time when the world leaders, or you can say all the countries, united hands together and became one single nation just so that they can survive.

The world was divided into total 15 districts according to the regions. People were being ruled by their district's leaders and the leaders were being ruled by the head governor. This brought a bit of peace in some regions, but many people opposed this idea. For about forty years, the Organization, and these plans suffered since the civilians declined to cooperate. This led to mass killing and murdering of people by the government, making the civilians obey them and back down.

Year 2200, this was the same time when the earth started to regain itself because of the strict orders put up by the governor. There were many things which can make the environment go back to what it was years ago and from what the planet was still regaining. The earth lost a lot of population, dropping to about 2.5 billion, which was 25 billion a century ago. This was also the time when the governor and the people realized how much important AI can be for them in this situation.

Artificial Intelligence, sort for AI, was in use for most of the things. Since the flora and fauna was regrowing and less amount of fossil fuels were used, within the next 50 years, the planet was again pure and clean. In those 50 years, many things like eco-friendly plastic, eco-friendly gases and fuels were invented. This was a step towards the betterment of the society again.

Year 2250, in this year, the scientists working on the space and its theory revealed that they received some interstellar signal from the Andromeda galaxy. They concluded that these signals were either signals of threats or just want to let us know that we, the people of earth are not the only ones that live here. This made the government took a special discission so as the future generation can be prepared from the start if those signals were meant to be a threat to us.

The districts were furthermore divided into different wings. North wing, the medical wing, the East wing, or the defense wing, the West wing, or our intelligence wing, the South wing or the research wing. These wings are the typical wings in which people can choose in between for their future. To make their decisions easier, the personality tests were introduced to the society.

By this, they can easily know where their interests and capability and compatibility lie. This made the process of decision making easier and faster as well." Jinyoung paused and glanced at the window of the classroom where he saw Seungmin standing with crossed arms. The boy nodded and smiled, indicating and signaling him that he was waiting patiently for him, making him smile and nod back.

"In the year 2300, there was a certain group of individuals that were slowly growing within the society, they were basically nothing much, but a group of more evolved humans. A new evolution was taking place, and many evolved and special humans were coming out. They were distinguished by their smartness, and being good at everything they do. The personality tests would never give them any specific answers whenever they took the tests.

These evolved humans were accepted fast into the society and were growing a lot as well. But their smartness and vastness were taking over many things, causing the regular population and those who were not as smart as them to fall behind. It was neither of their faults but the divergents were a threat to the already existing society. An evolution being in full fledge would take around 1 million to a billion of years, but during all that time, the regular and unevolved human beings cannot be left behind since the divergents were formed by them only and this would be very much unfair to them.

This caused a stir in between the civilians, and they started to demand the departure or expulsion of these humans from the society. Since they were still in majority, the districts started to send them to another island, which was completely empty due to the reduced and almost died down population. They were sent there so that they can thrive and built their own population and society so that they can also live in peace just the way they want to, without any harm caused to them and to the others."

Jinyoung gulped bitterly when he said that to the students, internally cursing at himself that he has to tell them such a lie about the divergents. He looked in the crowd and saw everyone deep involved in the story telling, including the backbenchers who would sometimes sleep there as well. He sighed and looked back at the board where he zotted down some important notes.

"From the year 2300-to now, the anyone who was identified as a divergent, was sent to the island so that they can thrive and live their peacefully. The island, which was once known as Australia, back in the days is now called Neo Sydney. That place is located near the district 1 and they are being filled with all the divergents.

These divergents, however, do not live for long. Yes, they are evolved and have better survival rate than us, but they have small lives. They don't live for long, maximum 30-40 years." He again gulped knowing this was all a lie. Most of the divergents killed were of that age, making it all look like they only lived upto that age.

"It's year 2425 and we are still growing and moving forward. Till now, we have conserved a lot of things back to the planet, thanks to botanical gardens and conservation done by some of our ancestors, that we were able to achieve this milestone. We will continue to restore the earth and learn more things about it. There are still a lot of books of this planet which we haven't yet opened and there are still a lot of theories remaining, waiting to be explored."

He turned the screen down and looked back at the students. "So, this was the whole summary for everything we have done till now and I hope the new students can catch up to it soon. Feel free to ask your classmates and me about something if you need any help. You all are dismissed for today." Just when he ended, the alarm which indicated that the classes were over, rang. The students scurried out of the room and Jinyoung looked to where Seungmin was, signaling him to come to him.

"I feel like you are pissed." He chuckled and Jinyoung nodded. "They say all the wrong things about the divergents. People don't even want to support them because they think that they have a whole land to themselves and are safe. I don't know what their reactions will be when they get to know about the real treatment." Seungmin nodded and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Well, Iseul is calling for a meeting to meet the new agent."
