3rd Person's POV:

The newcomers looked around the high-tech place with big eyes. Hyunjin was far from being amazed, his eyes found Iseul and he chuckled slightly seeing her being amazed by something for the first time ever since he met her. The elevator stopped and the group stepped out together, following Chankyu, who was ecstatic.

"Have a seat everyone." He smiled brightly and everyone sat down. "So, now you should tell me what is going on. Jungkook?" He looked at the male who nodded. "In district 7, my elder siblings are going to take a bigger step after consulting and talking about things with the leader of the Traitors, Mr. Kim Namjoon. We have collected some evidence against the leader, and we are now waiting for District 9's support. We have also started to slowly but secretly clean the capital city in case mass shooting or violence happens."

Chankyu nodded. "And how is District 9 going to help you?" He asked. "District 9 is the biggest district out of all after District 1. But District 1 is still in shreds so District 9 can be our biggest help. We discussed and concluded that if the higher ups from the governor confront the leader in District 7, then he may resort to some violence. But making him confess outside or somewhere where he won't have that much power with him, can be helpful. District 9 is going to hold this year's District gathering and we can take down both the leaders at the same place." Jungkook looked at Iseul and smiled, who smiled back with a nod.

"Sounds good to me this far. And I would also suggest your district to be as secretive as possible during communication because that is the most crucial step. Any government officer can catch on the radio wave signal transmission, and it can cause you guy's trouble. It was what that got Hana into trouble as well and now you all have to be careful." Jungkook and Soyeon both nodded at Chankyu. Chankyu turned to Iseul, "Now you tell me what are District 9's future plans?"

"We have a lot actually." Iseul sat straight. "First we are organizing the event later this year in December, approximately six months from now. We have also collected a lot of evidence and I have also shared them with Soyeon." She pointed towards the girl, who nodded. Jisung, Chanmi, Sana and Mingyu shared a look of confusion and Hyunjin couldn't catch onto what was the matter.

"Also, we have decided to give Hana and Hyunjin along with Minjee and Jeongin back to their Districts." Hyunjin's eyes widened along with Hana's and they both looked at Iseul. "Minjee and Jeongin will be arriving here by tomorrow noon. Since all of them cannot return back to their districts, so they will be staying here, under your guidance, along with Jisung." The mentioned boy perked his head up with a bewildered look. He will be staying out of his district? For no fucking reason? 'She must have hit her head somewhere.' He thought while wondering.

"Ok." Chankyu nodded. Both of them shared and mutual look of understanding and it left her teammates more puzzled to why he didn't ask her about anything. "Just like that?" Jisung perked. Iseul glanced back at him, shooting him a glare.

"So, you are not returning back with them?" Soyeon asked while pointing at the three and Iseul nodded. "You know very well, things won't be easy for them, so I believe they should stay here." Soyeon nodded without any further question.

"But I was fine there!" Hana interrupted. She was worried, not only for Minho, but for what was waiting for them on their way back home. "I know you were, but you should stay here. It would be easy not for you, but for me to manage." She trailed off and then glanced at Hyunjin, who wasn't looking at her, but at the floor and Iseul saw him gritting his teeth while glaring at the floor.

"So, you guys should clean up and get some rest. You must be tired as well and also have to depart again in a couple of hours." Chankyu said and stood up, looking at Iseul. "And you come with me, I think we need to have a talk." Iseul stood up without any protest and followed him outside.

"Just what is she thinking?" Jisung grumbled. He wasn't having a good feeling about anything. "God knows what goes on with her." Mingyu also said. "But what would have been the reason?" Yeji asked while wondering. "Something must have been up with her." Soyeon answered. "I have known since sometime and I don't think she would do something without thinking. There IS a reason, which she is not telling everyone." Hyunjin stood up at Soyeon's statement and marched outside.

........

"What does she think she is? No, what does she think I AM?" Hyunjin mumbled while walking back and forth. His gaze met with Iseul's when she came inside the room. She met him while she was still talking to Chankyu and he asked her to talk to him and she told him to wait in a room.

"What the fuck are you planning?" He burst. "Who do you think you are to take such decisions, without asking or consulting me?" He was curious and Iseul can see that very well. "Hyunjin-" "What? Are you also tired of me?" She was caught off guard by the sudden change of tone in his voice.

He sighed loudly and closed his eyes. "My whole family died when I was very young. My best friend went on a mission and died there as well. Made some friends and those so called 'friends' reported me to the system when they discovered I was a divergent, ignoring how much I have supported and helped them. My district sent me to another one as a spy, risking my whole life. Made some new friends and even started to like a girl, but unfortunately for me, she wants me away from her too." He opened his eyes but still Iseul didn't had any expression on her face.

"Yes, Lee Iseul. I love you. And I don't want to be away from you. So please, let me be with you. I am okay with you not reciprocating everything I have for you, but I don't wanna be away from you, from my hyungs, from my new family that I found there. Please." He had tears in his eyes while he pleaded to her.

Iseul gulped harshly and Hyunjin saw her eyes were glossy as well. "I-I know it's hard, but you will get a hang of this place and you will-" "NO!" He cut her off. "Why are you stopping yourself? What is stopping you? What has happened? What is wrong? Tell me!"

"You ask too much, Hyunjin." Iseul sighed and sat down. "You don't understand anything." Hyunjin crouched down in front of her and held both of her hands. "Then make me." Iseul suddenly broke into tears and Hyunjin's eyes widened. He was confused but hugged her and caressed her back. "What happened, Iseul? I've noticed you are a bit off than usual. What is wrong, love?"

It took Iseul a few moments to calm down but she did nonetheless. Hyunjin wiped her tears and cupped her cheeks. "Now, tell me everything. And no, I won't take 'no', an excuse or any lies." Iseul pressed her lips together. "You are not gonna make it."

Hyunjin raise an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" "If you go back to district 9, you are not going to make it alive." She confessed and Hyunjin was now confused. "What? Why? Has the leader got a hold of my identity?" He asked, worried.

"Yes." His mouth fell agape. "There is someone, no, there ARE some people within us, who are working for him. They pretend that they are on our side, but no, they are not." Hyunjin was in distress.

"And who are they?" She looked him in the eyes. "Trust me you don't wanna know." She avoided eye contact. Hyunjin made her face him. "Trust me, I do." Iseul gulped harder, knowing that she could not longer hide it anymore.

"All of the Traitors."
