Armana Frauleins
I got out of the ship from which I came from South to North. Ahead of me was standing many people and some of them looked like nobles and guards and others were commoners. They were gathering like when ants find their food, probably to see the new princess and probably the new crown princess. I still don't know how I can coop up with the people here but I guess time will say.
I look for a particular person who seem to have white hair and grey eyes but I cannot spot that man. Does that mean he didn't come to pick me up? Should I be happy or pretend to be sad because I did mentioned the fact that I'm in love with him which probably means everybody knows it by now and it will put me in a tough situation.
Me and my stupid mouth!
I come down the stairs and was almost greeted by many people saying "Welcome.", "Long lives to the Princess." etc. But some of them were whispers I pretended I didn't hear. They were more like a curse to me, "She will destroy the Empire in no time.", "God Heavens, save our country.", "Isn't she the cruel and rude princess of the South?", "How did His Majesty agreed to take her in." and many more cruel things.
Beside Armana's personality she was pretty but I never imagined what she'd been through. Obviously the author made Armana look like a cruel woman so she never mentioned these things that's happening to me right now and part of me wants to change that.
I will change that!
"Greetings to the Princess of the South." A blonde haired man curtsied. "I am Charles Dullén. The Secretary Chief and His Highness's close man."
"Greetings to you as well, Sir Charles. I am Armana Frauleins. I'm sure you know the rest." I smiled.
His eyes told me he's somehow surprised by my nice behaviour which was understandable because I tottaly acted different from the normal Armana. I just noticed he has a very beautiful eyes. The eyes that represent the ocean. It's so blue...
But more importantly, Charles Dullén sounds awfully familiar to me but I can't recall-
Fuck, I'm ruined...
Charles Dullén, the right hand of Lorenzo. He is known for his loyalty towards the Royalty. He's not only good at Royal duties but also the palace management. If there's anyone beside him who can do it...Well there's none because he is the only species.
Charles was instructed to look after Princess Armana but after their first encounter, Charles refused to believe the fact, Armana could become a proper Empress and he ignored everything about her which also prevented her from going anywhere alone. The worst thing is, even if she was an Empress, she had to take every permission from either Charles or directly from Lorenzo even if the matter was small. Charles was the one who handled her because Lorenzo didn't even care what Armana did.
I have to be careful with my words from now on because one wrong move and I might repeat the same mistake the original Armana Frauleins made.
"Are you feeling unwell, Princess?" Charles asked bringing me back to reality. I also noticed his accent is very charming as well. It's kind of like British accent.
"Oh- yes. Indeed. I feel really refreshing because the air is really different from the South. It's clean and sweet and-"
I looked at him while speaking and see his confused face. Did I speak too much? Shit! I exaggerated quite a lot.
